Hello and thank you for taking the time to write your review. I want to sincerely apologize for the -delay you experienced in getting your car serviced. With the recent holiday and increase in travel, our service department gets very busy. With that said, it is not acceptable that you had to wait as long as you did and I am very sorry about that. If you would be so kind as to forward me your name, I will see to it that your next oil change is on the house. Moreover, I want to apologize for the indifference you experienced with the salesperson when you bought your car. That too is not acceptable. That is not the way we are accustomed to doing business as evidenced by the other reviews on this forum.
