It was identified as a master cylinder problem that is not part of the Express Service check and they ordered the part and had it fixed the next business day. I appreciated their response to follow-up with my concern and their desire to immediately investigate and repair what I considered an unsafe condition. More

2005 CR-V Still Running Strong We purchased our CR-V from Lehigh Valley Honda in 2005. We have always done the regular maintenance to keep it running (oil, etc). It's become our w We purchased our CR-V from Lehigh Valley Honda in 2005. We have always done the regular maintenance to keep it running (oil, etc). It's become our work horse car, especially in the winter. Our 17 year old now drives and loves it. Recently, we noticed a stuttering (spark plugs??). We had two local garages check it out, and found nothing. Fearing higher prices, we reluctantly decided take it over for the dealership for service. They had the car in at 2:30, diagnosed by computer by 3:15, and fixed by 5p! IMPRESSIVE. And the cost to fix it was very reasonable for the work done. Lesson learned...if you want it done right, take it to the dealer. More

Recent visit The service rep, Sam, and cashier were both friendly and helpful. However, I was waiting in the children's waiting area for 2+ hours with my 4 and 6 The service rep, Sam, and cashier were both friendly and helpful. However, I was waiting in the children's waiting area for 2+ hours with my 4 and 6 year olds. They were quiet and well-behaved. We were looking at animals on my iPad and my 4 year old son was making animal noises at a conversational volume. As a teacher and as a mom I am the first to take action when my children are being disruptive or misbehaving. It was during this time that a female employee walked up to the doorway and said, "shhhhhhhh" and proceeded to ask that I keep my son quiet. I was shocked and so were my children. Both the cashier and service rep commented on how quiet and well-behaved my kids were during our wait. I was embarrassed and upset by our interaction with this employee and despite the good service, left with a bad taste in my mouth and will not be returning. More
