Took my car right away. Service was done at the time they said it would be. I had coupons which they used to bring down the service fees. Things I was disappointed with, upon my return I had a few minutes to wait but the waiting area was overly crowded, not much room to sit or even stand. Also, I would like to see at least one day of evening service hours. Overall, I good experience each time we take our car in for service. Very pleased with the dealership and our Acura! More

So far I have been very pleased with the level of assistance that this dealership provided. I needed new tires and a "B126" servicing. I dropped the car off, was given a loaner and the car was finish assistance that this dealership provided. I needed new tires and a "B126" servicing. If I am ever in the market for a new Acura, this is definitely the dealership I would use. There is never any pressure to do any "unnecessary" maintainance. My son is an elite mechanic for Mercedes Benz in Baltimore and when I had taken my car in to a NJ dealership for a routine oil change, they told me I had to have the a/c checked for $75.00. I called him first, and he said it was just unnecessary. The car only had 35,000 miles on it. Yup, this is my dealership of choice! More

Even tho the drive from Toms River, NJ is over 2 hours it is worth it. The service from this dealer is excellent. I am a former resident of PA now living in NC. My mom lives in Toms River so when I visit her is worth it. The service from this dealer is excellent. I am a former resident of PA now living in NC. Very flexible in scheduling an appointment that met my schedule needs; I arrived a bit early for appointment; they took the car right away; finished ahead of schedule - I barely had time to enjoy their bagel and coffee and skim the newspaper.
