Brian, who is always friendly, accepted my MDX on very short notice, so that I could drive on a long trip the next day. I am very pleased with the service I have received at this dealership. I take my MDX there for regular maintenance and have never been disappointed. One time my oil change took longer than expected, about 1 1/2 hours, which I didn't realize because I was sitting in their comfortable waiting room watching TV. The manager apologized for the wait and told me I wasn't going to be charged for the service because it took so long and my car was also washed and vaccumed when it was returned. It may not seem like a big deal, but it was very much appreciated and the great customer service will keep me coming back. More

The price is what to be expected from a luxury dealership, but they don't try to upsell me or offer services I don't need. I also really like the fact that they call 10 minutes before the car is ready because I usually spend my waiting time at the diner down the road, so I know when to start making my way back. Overall, this is by far the best Acura dealership I've been to for service. More
