I have been a loyal Acura customer for 25 years (and Honda 10 years before that) and have found Lehigh Valley service to be great. I live in Connecticut and schedule my service at Lehigh Valley Acura, if that doesn't speak volumes here goes some more: 1) Sonny the sales manager is a top level professional and will work to resolve a Valley Acura, if that doesn't speak volumes here goes some more: 1) Sonny the sales manager is a top level professional and will work to resolve any issues no matter how small well after the sale. 2) Loaner cars provided with short notice. 3) Brian the service manager diagnosed my radio issue in literally 30 seconds when my local dealer had it for six hours and came up empty. Excellent service and reliability is why I continue to buy Acura vehicles. Acura service is what "sells" me . I presently own two Acuara vehicles. I will be trading one in sometime this year.
