The service department does an excellent job maintaining my two Acuras. They have serviced my cars for the past 5 years and have always treated my cars with kid gloves. We have used this dealership for approximately 10 years, and overall the service has been outstanding. In fact although I liked another car better, our last purchase was from this dealership due to the pos and overall the service has been outstanding. In fact although I liked another car better, our last purchase was from this dealership due to the positive service experience. Unfortunately this last experience had one negative component as the communication level that we have come to expect was not experienced this time. Once the contact was finally made, everything was corrected, and the car has never performed better. More
