I have an update for ya'll. I was unfortunate to have been rear ended by a teen driver. I did tell the insurance company under no circumstance was my car to be towed to a Vinart dealership or Vinart collision center. They totaled the car and in the appraisers report is a moderate front-end collision that happened at 10,000 miles; it caused about $3,500 in damages. I purchased the car certified pre-owned from Vinart Acura with 30,000 miles. Per my original review, I was blamed and charged for damage to the vehicle that wasn't my fault and should have been caught by Acura's 150 point certification process. I assume the car was improperly repaired at the Vinart Collision repair center, but I do not have that information, yet.
