I recently took my Acura MDX in for some routine maintenance (e.g. fluids changed), which I neglected to do since owning the car. Wayne could not have been more helpful. The only thing I did not like about my experience was when they told me my car would sit for a couple of months. They told me they would try to lend me a vehicle and they never called me back to tell me when they told me my car would sit for a couple of months. They told me they would try to lend me a vehicle and they never called me back to tell me they could not approve it. I then had to call up acura's customer service and they approved it with no problem. I just understand why the dealership could not and they work for the company. When I went to pick up the vehicle I noticed one rim was a complete different color and they placed it on my car. Progressive supplied the wheel and I understand they messed up. What I didn't like was how the dealership did not step in to get the right rim instead I had to contact progressive. How would you place a completely different color wheel on the car knowing its not right. More
