Terrible Customer Service They do good work on your car but trying to get in touch with your Service Advisor is a chore. When you call they never answer you directly, you must They do good work on your car but trying to get in touch with your Service Advisor is a chore. When you call they never answer you directly, you must always let a message so they can call you back. I waited and hour for a return call. This is the only dealership that I have found that makes you wait for a callback from your Service Advisor. So much for the term "Customer Service". If your in a hurry forget about calling because it will take awhile just to talk to your Service Advisor. More

From the time I pulled in to the service bay until the time I got back into my clean, washed car my experience was exceptional. I applaud the entire staff for really going the extra mile to make the service experience quick, comfortable and stress-free. I will continue to visit your dealership for my regular service and recommend your facility to others as well. The newly designed/decorated customer waiting area is wonderful but I do have one complaint...the desk chairs need to have wheels on them so they can roll, the flat rubber feet on the chairs make maneuvering awkward and cumbersome. All in all, if that is the only complaint I have then you are absolutely doing everything right, keep up the great work! More

He communicates openly, whenever something needs to be done you can trust it is completed, and he will ensure time is spent enjoying the car and life w/o the hassles. For the first time buying a new car, if the car is outside of warranty, I would call Rex and his team for service, before going to another after market company.
