Annual Scheduled Maintenance I recently had my 2006 Acura TL in for it's yearly service at Lehigh Valley Acura. I was suppose to drop it off and get a loaner. My service advisor I recently had my 2006 Acura TL in for it's yearly service at Lehigh Valley Acura. I was suppose to drop it off and get a loaner. My service advisor was Jim Copek. Jim listened to my concerns and to my surprise they were able to get my car done in little over one hour before closing and I was able to get my car back. They even washed and vacuumed my car!! Jim was very professional and executed the work that was performed flawlessly, thanks Jim!! More

In all the years that we have been taking our cars to Vinart Acura, for inspections, repairs, etc. I have NEVER had to take my car back because the job was not done correctly the first time. That is rare today. Andy Wright runs a top notch operation and I have recommended to anyone that will listen to me that they should purchase their cars nowhere else but at the Vinart dealerships. First service on the TLX This was my first service on the TLX and the first service was free Wayne was the Service advisor. Acura makes a very good car but the LV Acura service team, in cluding the manager, Rex, is the main reason I continue to buy cars from LV Acura. More
Service department is getting worse and worse I purchased a Acura 2015 TLX and that is the worse car I have ever bought from them LEHIGH VALLEY ACURA I took it in so noisy engine and some more is I purchased a Acura 2015 TLX and that is the worse car I have ever bought from them LEHIGH VALLEY ACURA I took it in so noisy engine and some more issues they say it was a warranty issue when I took my car in I had to deal with service guy his name is Wayne he gave word that he would call me to give me a update on my cal he never did on more then one occasion week passed and I had to call him to ask him what was going on with my car he told me it was fix and that they had test drive it the minute I go in the car I knew he was lying they never test drive it at all I had to bring my car back three separate times and every time Wayne said he would call me and he didn't I had to car to see what was going on with my car the service was never this bad I have been a customer with LHVA since December 2005 and this is the worse car I have ever got from them and the worse service has ever been i am feeling like taking my car back and never going there again that's how I am feeling right now and I really love Acura car I really hope they get it together if not the will never get my money ever again More

Great Service Team I recently came in to have my inspection done.....thanks for the reminder from the service department. As soon as I walked in, Jason greeted me and knew exactly what needed to be done to my 2015 Acura RDX. A minute later, I was greeted by Rex who always takes the time to say hi and always asks if there is anything he can do for us the customers. REX YOU ARE AWESOME AND YOU HAVE A GREAT TEAM WORKING FOR YOU. Its always a pleasure to walk into the service department and have the customer service team greet you with a smile. They always take the time to explain what is required for my car and they complete the job to my satisfaction. This is my second Acura I have purchased and God willing, I will be buying my third Acura as soon as the 2020 Model is out. Thank you Lehigh Valley Acura for being the best!!!!!! and as I always say "When you got the best, you don't need the rest!!!! More
