17 years of great service at Lehigh Valley Accura I've had my 1999 Acura 3.2TL for over 17 years and have never taken it anywhere else for service. I bought this car when the dealership was in Whitehall; and I was dismayed when they moved to Lehigh St., because it made my drive that much longer. But it's worth it, I would't consider taking it anywhere else. More

I needed an appointment for a B1 service and initially was going to have to wait a week. after speaking with the customer service manager the Service I needed an appointment for a B1 service and initially was going to have to wait a week. after speaking with the customer service manager the Service manager called me and was able to get me in the next day. While the car was being serviced they discover some additional maintenance issues that needed to be taken care of. They were able to complete the repairs in the same day at a very reasonable rate. More

Terrible Customer Service They do good work on your car but trying to get in touch with your Service Advisor is a chore. When you call they never answer you directly, you must always let a message so they can call you back. I waited and hour for a return call. This is the only dealership that I have found that makes you wait for a callback from your Service Advisor. So much for the term "Customer Service". If your in a hurry forget about calling because it will take awhile just to talk to your Service Advisor. More

From the time I pulled in to the service bay until the time I got back into my clean, washed car my experience was exceptional. I applaud the entire staff for really going the extra mile to make the service experience quick, comfortable and stress-free. I will continue to visit your dealership for my regular service and recommend your facility to others as well. The newly designed/decorated customer waiting area is wonderful but I do have one complaint...the desk chairs need to have wheels on them so they can roll, the flat rubber feet on the chairs make maneuvering awkward and cumbersome. All in all, if that is the only complaint I have then you are absolutely doing everything right, keep up the great work! More
