Brian, who is always friendly, accepted my MDX on very short notice, so that I could drive on a long trip the next day. Purchased a used TSX and traded in a older TL. Our sales person Craig Hower was excellent. Very knowledgable about the vehicles. The TSX we purchased is great. Only complaint was the negotiating. I am very pleased with the service I have received at this dealership. I take my MDX there for regular maintenance and have never been disappointed. One time my oil change took longer than expected, about 1 1/2 hours, which I didn't realize because I was sitting in their comfortable waiting room watching TV. The manager apologized for the wait and told me I wasn't going to be charged for the service because it took so long and my car was also washed and vaccumed when it was returned. It may not seem like a big deal, but it was very much appreciated and the great customer service will keep me coming back. More
