Mustafa really does seem to go above and beyond to ensure great service and customer satisfaction. I rated the price as just 4 (good) because the pricing seems about normal. Everyone has been welcoming, courteous, and helpful. It makes owning 2 Acuras (a TL and an RL) a wonderful experience. I have owned my Acura TSX for almost 7 years. I have used this dealership exclusively for tha maintenance on my car. Everyone has been friendly, courteous, and helpful. Now I will be driving Acura TSX..TOTALLY LOVE THAT CAR. Safety is key plus the added bonus of luxury. Margaret, WELL, she is the ONLY lady that I would buy a car from. The service personnel are always friendly, helpful, and accurate in their assessment of the time required for the service. I purchased a BMW 328xi last week from Lehigh Valley Acura and my experience was the best I've ever had with a dealership. Chris was my sales guy and he kept me informed of what was going on minute by Acura and my experience was the best I've ever had with a dealership. I felt like I was important to them which is how everyone should feel when you're purchasing a car regardless of your situation. Matt who is the finance guy was just amazing as well, called back immediately, did everything he could to get me that car. The first person I met when i went to the dealership was Jim, the used car manager and he assured me that he would help me get the car and was just the nicest person. Words would not be enough to tell you how great this dealership is. You need to go in and see for yourself, it's worth giving them the business. I love my new car so far and i am looking forward to my next purchase from them. I will recommend them to all my family, friends and strangers. :) :) I love you guys at Lehigh Valley Acura! We are always greeted warmly and by name. Our wait time is never excessive - if more needs to be done than anticipated we are given choices: to wait, come back, leave car and enjoy a loan car. Since we come a distance these choices are very much appreciated. Our specific concerns are always addressed. On this last visit we were informed that we should consider tires and front brakes on our next scheduled appt. However, we were reassured that we would still pass inspection this month and that our safety was in no way compromised. This was explained in great detail as well as the choices in tires and approximate cost of same, giving us time to plan accordingly. I aoplogize that I cannot give the name of the person to whom I spoke this time without going out to the car and looking at my receipt. Perhaps in one way that is a good thing - in that for the customer repair rep the emphasis is on pleasing the customer rather than on himself. Mustafa I have known for the last 6 yrs. and has always made me feel welcome and that my needs and concerns were important. More
