Took my car right away. Service was done at the time they said it would be. I had coupons which they used to bring down the service fees. Gave me a car to run some errands.Very friendly and willing to help said it would be. I had coupons which they used to bring down the service fees. Things I was disappointed with, upon my return I had a few minutes to wait but the waiting area was overly crowded, not much room to sit or even stand. So far I have been very pleased with the level of assistance that this dealership provided. I needed new tires and a "B126" servicing. If I am ever in the market for a new Acura, this is definitely the dealership I would use. There is never any pressure to do any "unnecessary" maintainance. My son is an elite mechanic for Mercedes Benz in Baltimore and when I had taken my car in to a NJ dealership for a routine oil change, they told me I had to have the a/c checked for $75.00. I called him first, and he said it was just unnecessary. The car only had 35,000 miles on it. Yup, this is my dealership of choice! More

Even tho the drive from Toms River, NJ is over 2 hours it is worth it. The service from this dealer is excellent. I am a former resident of PA now living in NC.
