Hello and thank you for taking the time to write your review. I sincerely apologize for what transpired. The sales manager should have come out and discussed the discrepancy with you in person. That was wrong and I truly do apologize. As I stated on the telephone the reason for the discrepancy pertained to a miscommunication to our appraiser at our initial meeting with respect to your trade in being a front wheel drive vehicle instead of an all wheel drive vehicle which would account for the $2000 difference in value. The original, incorrect appraised value was $1300 higher then the next highest appraised value you received from another dealer. The significant difference can be explained because of difference in FWD vs AWD value. Our selling price was $350 better than the other dealer so I offered you $350 more for your trade to in essence match the deal that the other dealer was doing. I regret that our efforts to make up for the miscommunication were not acceptable. Please know that we were not trying to mislead you in any way, shape or form. I'm proud of our history for honesty and quality customer service as evidenced by the countless other positive reviews on this forum.
