Safety and reliability were a major factor for Rich over performance and style. That made me extremely at ease due to the fact that this was a car for a teenager. Rich offered far more than most sales people that I have dealt with over the years and he truly is looking out for you as a person and not just another sale. Only one frustration: the financial person who's the designated hitter for selling add ons (e.g., extended warranties, leather protection, etc., etc., ) doesn't know when to stop pitching. I finally had to tell him to stop talking . . . he's is painful! He was try to re-sell you the tires you just paid for if you don't threaten to walk out of his office. Excluding him and his strong-arm tactics, great experience! More
