LV Acura replaced some recall parts for my TSX. The service department folks were very cordial and helpful. Excellent Service I have always had great service at Lehigh Valley Acura. I called on Friday afternoon and they scheduled the service for the next morning at 8:00 am. W I have always had great service at Lehigh Valley Acura. I called on Friday afternoon and they scheduled the service for the next morning at 8:00 am. When I dropped off the car, I was immediately met by Wayne Kindall. Wayne walked me through the exact service which would be performed and shared with me the cost for each service. He accurately gave me a time required of 90 minutes. Exactly 90 minutes later, the car was completed. When I got back to Lehigh Valley Acura, Wayne went through the complete report on my car. He kindly found a discount for 15%. Also, LVA provides a free wash and vacuum of my car which is a savings of $15.00. Overall, my experience at Lehigh Valley Acura and with Wayne Kindall was excellent! More
