While we are happy to hear that you were largely satisfied with your experience, we sincerely apologize for the oversight in cleaning both the engine compartment and the center console storage area. If you would like to schedule a time to come back, we would be happy to perform a full detail at no charge. In addition, we regret to hear your concerns about our Q Certification program. It is comprehensive powertrain coverage but you are correct in that seals and gaskets are not covered if either would fail independently. If you are concerned about those items, I would be happy to have a member of our management team contact you to review options for enhancing your warranty coverage beyond what you currently have, which is the balance of the manufacturer new car warranty and the addition of the Q Certified warranty.
