I applaud the entire staff for really going the extra mile to make the service experience quick, comfortable and stress-free. I will continue to visit your dealership for my regular service and recommend your facility to others as well. The newly designed/decorated customer waiting area is wonderful but I do have one complaint...the desk chairs need to have wheels on them so they can roll, the flat rubber feet on the chairs make maneuvering awkward and cumbersome. All in all, if that is the only complaint I have then you are absolutely doing everything right, keep up the great work! More
