Hello - We are very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. We would be more than happy to work with you to resolve your concerns with your 10+ year old Mazda CX9. We do respectfully disagree with your assertion that we're "ripping you off", that we've 'committed insurance fraud' or that we've deceived you in any fashion. We have been very responsive to your concerns. We had an appointment with you several months back, but you failed to show up for a month because you were in the Dominican Republic on vacation. The light on the dashboard is the Tire Pressure Monitoring system light. We were unable to duplicate the concern so we scheduled an appointment with a Mazda Service Center, but again you missed that appointment. It was determined that the work needed was not covered under the warranty, but as a good faith gesture, we paid the majority of the bill even though we were not obligated to do so. We even offered to trade you out of the car but circumstances beyond our control have made that difficult. That was the last interaction we had with you several weeks ago. As stated, we continue to be willing to assist you but resorting to falsely accusing us of "insurance fraud" and "ripping you off" is making it difficult. We are under no obligation to be of further assistance, but we're trying to help. Please let us know if you would like to engage in further dialogue. I have all the dates recorded that I’ve been to the dealership complaining about the issues I’ve been having with the vehicle the same week I purchased it And yes I had appointment that I’ve made and when I shown up for that appointment it wasn’t in the system so I had to reschedule yes I went on vacation that I’ve had planned way before I was sold this Problematic Vehicle The manager there stated he would take care of the issue In a way threw Coverage if It had nothing to do with any type of insurance why say and charge me a deductible of 280$ I’m the one that Asked about trading the vehicle not you guys like your Stating I did and your response was that I only had one day to return a used vehicle or trade all use guys did Every time I return about the issue was look at as if I was crazy or something like I said I have recording imma just fww to someone that willing to help me with my situation u guys have the nerve to bring my vacation up as if I should drop a planed birthday vacation for my children I shouldn’t have payed for anything it’s all just business no care for customer once’s they drive off thanx for this and God for bid if anything happens to any of us driving this Vehicle being this slow leak issues we have Since day one buying the car and the other problems it’s held under ur Conscience I noticed after reading some of the post on here I’m not the only one going threw this sad stuff u guys do to make a buck with no care in the world
