Chelsie Carr is the best Service Advisor that I have ever had in the 10 years that I have had my Acuras serviced at Lehigh Valley Acura. She is always willing to listen to what I have to say, diagnosis what had in the 10 years that I have had my Acuras serviced at Lehigh Valley Acura. Matt also very nice to work with, worked with him before and was pleased. Service department is great, just wish the prices were better. Occasionally we get service closer to home for a better price but I still come back to LV Acura for most service needs. Love Chelsea, she’s great and so are the others whose names I don’t remember. I used to deal with Reading Acura a number of years ago. LV Acura is definitely a cut above in all aspects! It is nice to feel like people are glad to see you when you walk in there! I will continue to recommend LV Acura. More
