I was very pleased in my experience when purchasing a new truck. Everyone that I came in contact with was efficient and courteous. They went the extra mile to make sure we got the car we wanted. It was cold out and they brought cars into the shop so we could look at them side by side. I went in for a free oil change to test the service department and was thoroughly satisfied. As others have commented they did just what I asked them and did not try to sell unneeded services. I enjoyed working with Scott who listened to me very carefully and was friendly as was the Sales folks I met on the floor while I waited. I had an intermittent problem with my radio and they ordered a new one no questions asked unlike the dealer I purchased the vehicle from. Since I moved to KC I have not met a dealership that I enjoy working with and thus have bought vehicles while on business in Minneapolis and Chicago. I will definitely shop Performance for our next new car! More
