We recently purchased a new 2011 Toyota Camry. We recommended to Performance Toyota due to their 2.9 financing offer. We were referred to Marcus Eason by a relative. When we arrived we asked for him and he was available. He was very courteous from the moment he introduced himself to us. We had previously test drove a 2008 Camry at a local used car dealership. We had received a good offer but since it was the first place we had visited that day, we decided to go to a Toyota dealership in order to make a comparison before making a decision. After asking us what our needs were he immediately began showing us 2011 Camry's that met our satisfaction. He was so courteous and polite . . . it felt as if we had to purchase something. It was a good feeling to do business with a company who hires people such as he. Today it almost feels like you're a number and not a person, but at Performance we were treated with respect. All the staff we were in contact with that day were very courteous, which includes the financial manager (Matt). Thank you Performance, we appreciate businesses like you. More

I was impressed with the manner in which Mr. Reid answered all my questions and made me feel valued, even before I was a customer. The purchase process was smooth and there was never any pressure to put me in any vehicle other than the one I wanted, which was the least expensive model I test-drove. I have made purchases with other dealerships in the past, but I look forward to a long relationship with Performance Toyota. More

My family went into the dealership to discuss a vehicle we prevously bout and were having problems with. We were at the dealership for 1 hour and during that time we were approved for a new loan and in ou we prevously bout and were having problems with. We were extremely elated to have such a great experience and a newer car to boot!!! Great service/great staff that goes above and beyond to service the needs of their customers!!! More
We went in to buy a new Sienna. Marcus Eaton started helping us, but stopped twice to take personal phone calls and once for a friend who 'dropped in' to visit. We worked on numbers for quite awhile and finally came up with a figure that worked for both the dealership and us. We put down a deposit and waited for our van to come in. We weren't thrilled with the service, but as an Army family we knew we would not be using them for our van's service. After a week the manager John Tucker called us. We ahd stopped looking for a van because we thought we were done shopping. Mr. Tucker said they couldn't FIND our van. We were willing to take any one of 5 exterior colors and any interior. We just wanted a XLE Sienna, that's it. We had not picked ONE thing that was not in the package. He said,"As a woman you had too high of expectations." He then asked to talk to my husband. Apparently working with a 'wife' wasn't up his alley. Mr. Tucker was a complete pig. He said he would get us back our deposit money. I had to call after three days and again ask for our money back. He was hell to work with. If you are wondering why this dealership has such high ratings??? Well, let me tell you how they push this website. They say "oh, we can throw in some free maintence or a roof rack if you give us a great review on dealerrater.com" It is a scam. The dealership may have some great people, but the manager is NOT one of them. And, the salesman simply doesn't have enough power to help when push comes to shove. I would tell everyone to shop ANYWHERE else. This dealership was a nightmare. More

Having been to the dealership in the past I was already comfortable with their service. This time they really did all they could to make sure I was taken care of. I hope that I do not have anymore proble comfortable with their service. This time they really did all they could to make sure I was taken care of.
