Going to the expense of creating such a dealership was impressive. My salesperson was Ben Miller. I had contacted him on the phone after finding the dealership on the internet. I had been looking for a specific car for a while and he had several to choose from. Ben welcomed us to the dealership enthusiastically. He was quite knowledgable and answered all of our questions. His service was outstanding. I had specific requests regarding the purchase of my new Prius, and Ben's effort to meet our needs was commendable. There was no pressure and the whole process was streamlined. I was very satisfied with the value given on my trade-in vehicle. I have purchased approximately 8 new cars in the last 40 years and this was, by far, the best experience I have ever had. Ben Miller and the entire staff at Legends Toyota provided this outstanding experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering the purchase of a new car. More

Both salesmen never made me feel that any question was too silly and they were patient with me as I looked over the vehicle and asked my many questions. I absolutely hate pushy salesmen and I never had one time that I felt pressured and I met a lot of employees, managers and even service people. I had used an online bargaining service that gets bids from several dealers and I took my lowest bid to Legends Toyota since they are a relatively new dealership in my area and I like to support local businesses. Without one question they beat the lowest bid and never tried to pressure me into anything I didn't already desire. My total experience from beginning to end when I drove out with my new Venza was absolutely comfortable and satisfactory. I can heartily recommend this dealership and in particular these two salesmen for your next car shopping experience. Thanks Legends Toyota. More

He and his teammates went the extra mile for me as I stupidly locked my keys inside the car the day of our purchase. Of the many car purchases I've made, this experience was absolutely the best! Jay worked with me to get the best possible deal on the car I wanted for my daughter. When other local dealers told me the car I was looking for couldn't be found, he found it. He didn't pressure me for the sale, but assured me he would do everything he could to earn my business. After checking in with four other local Toyota dealerships, I found myself back in JaVan Clayton's office saying "I'm ready to buy." When the car arrived, he treated my 16-year-old daughter as if she were the most important person in the world. He spent an inordinate amount of time going through all the featurea on the car, where to find information and what to watch out for. I sat there watching, wishing I'd bought the cars for my three other children from him. My overall experience was incredibly positive. If it had been negative, I would have made it known to as many people as possible. Because I had such a positive transaction, I decided to share that, too. This was the worst experience I have had a dealership. The minute I walked on the lot the sales guy was saying "They have the lowest prices in town and no one can beat them." He never once asked me what are you wanting out of the car, how much are you looking to spend, or what is important to you. While running the numbers he never asked if I wanted the $1,000 off or no interest for 60 months. He assumed I wanted the $1,000 off and 36 months so when he came back the amount was $710/month. Twice what I wanted to spend, but he never asked. I told him the offer I had from another dealership and asked if he could match. After two more tries he got close, but he kept drawing an "x" and a line and asking me to sign it randomly. I was not going to sign some line. When I decided I was not sure I said I would have to think about it. He then said that once I left the lot the offer was no good. That didn't sit well with me. This guy didn't care about me only the sell. The other dealership said their offer was good for as long as the car was on the lot. I went back to the other dealership that offered the same car at $4,000 less, gave me $6,000 for my trade in, met my monthly payment requirements and I asked them to throw in an extra and no additional cost...and they did. Three times I have been contacted by the Legends people asking why I didn't buy and when I e-mailed back saying why I got no response. No sorry or anything. I would not recommend them. They are not the cheapest in town and their sales tactics are outdated. More
