Legends Toyota

This was the worst experience I have had a dealership. The minute I walked on the lot the sales guy was saying "They have the lowest prices in town and no one can beat them." He never once asked me what are you wanting out of the car, how much are you looking to spend, or what is important to you. While running the numbers he never asked if I wanted the $1,000 off or no interest for 60 months. He assumed I wanted the $1,000 off and 36 months so when he came back the amount was $710/month. Twice what I wanted to spend, but he never asked. I told him the offer I had from another dealership and asked if he could match. After two more tries he got close, but he kept drawing an "x" and a line and asking me to sign it randomly. I was not going to sign some line. When I decided I was not sure I said I would have to think about it. He then said that once I left the lot the offer was no good. That didn't sit well with me. This guy didn't care about me only the sell. The other dealership said their offer was good for as long as the car was on the lot. I went back to the other dealership that offered the same car at $4,000 less, gave me $6,000 for my trade in, met my monthly payment requirements and I asked them to throw in an extra and no additional cost...and they did. Three times I have been contacted by the Legends people asking why I didn't buy and when I e-mailed back saying why I got no response. No sorry or anything. I would not recommend them. They are not the cheapest in town and their sales tactics are outdated. More

I am a pretty picky customer when it comes to purchasing vehicles, and ultima the Salesperson Chevis Reid were very friendly and great to work with. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We apprectiated David listening to our needs and concerns about buying a Toyota. As soon as we walked into the dealership we felt that they knew what they were talking about and they wanted to sell us our Prius. I already knew what type of car I was looking for when I went there. However Darrin still showed me around the lot.. He worked with the finance department to get me what I wanted which was the 0% apr for 60 went there. However Darrin still showed me around the lot.. I wasnt satisfied with my first choice of car that I chose based on the color alone.. After learning that there was other cars but of different color that had better options (blue tooth, xm radio ect.), I returned the next day. Darrin and the staff did every thing possible to make me happy being this was my first (new off lot) car purchase.. So they actually traded my first choice in for the car that had all the options I was looking for. So I would say that I was very satisfied. I have two kids that will be needing cars in the next few yrs.. I plan on them going here. It also doesnt hurt with the sales person being ** cute.. If I only were younger?? Performance Toyota is the best! Our salesman is Chevis Reid. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from him. He is wonderful to work with. Chevis is very knowledgable about the vehicles. Chevis, the manager, the finance woman, and the porter all stayed very late to allow me to take my car home that night. We continue to have our truck serviced at this dealership because they are friendly, knowledgeable and fantastic to work with. More
