Sales Rep was very friendly, welcoming, understanding, and catered to our families needs. Customer service was awesome and 5 star. Paper work was simple, easy to understand, everything explained and sales rep even helped us get a lower APR. We have two children and were able to keep them engaged in fun activites( wii, movies, sticker books, etc etc) at the dealership with no distractions. Price of SUV was within market price especially for the quality of the SUV. Suv was cleaned and fully detailed top to bottom inside and out after purchased and sales rep even helped us move car seats to new vehicle. This dealership is not only selling cars they are making lasting relationships A+ More
We bought our new 2011 Sienna on a Saturday late afternoon. Overall the experience was a good one. Bill was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products on the lot. We went in looking for a car for my son and ended up buying one for him and me. We visited there today looking for a sienna. Chris greated us and asked what we were looking for. He showed us the incentive they had for the LE but brought around an SE. We loved it but after running numbers such as what we were over on our car we werent sure we could get to our comfort zone for payments. When we stated that he wanted a verbal commitment that we would buy the car if he could work the payments down. We expressed that this was the first one we looked at and we wanted to think about any price he would get. He seemed pressuring and never asked if we wanted to see a lesser model or a diiferent car. If he had tried to work more with us on getting the payments we wanted, we may have left there with a new vehicle......we will look around somewhere else! More

Wow! That is all I can say after my recent experience at Legends Toyota. I have bought every car I have had from this dealership (95 Corolla, 00, 04, 07, 09 and 11 Camry) from when it was Roger Smith and S Legends Toyota. I have bought every car I have had from this dealership (95 Corolla, 00, 04, 07, 09 and 11 Camry) from when it was Roger Smith and Sons, and never have I been treated this well or with this much respect!! Being a woman buying a car alone can sometimes be scary because we, well some of us, tend to get taken advantage of. Not at Legends! From the time I walked in to look at cars until the time I left (with my new black Camry with a sunroof) I was treated impeccably! I had doors opened for me upon arrival and the three successive trips to my car to get registration and such. It is a small detail but one that leaves a great impression! Their customer service is second to none!! Jon went out of his way to find me the car I wanted and was patient with me when I asked him the many questions that popped into my head. He explained the newer features to me in a way I understood and did not make me feel stupid for asking him to explain it one more time! The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable and the new building is gorgeous! I will tell anyone and everyone who is looking for a new or used car that Legends is the place to go! Kudos to the management for hiring and training such wonderful people!! More

We looked at several makes and models. The dealers seemed phoney and the prices were higher than they should have been. One Honda dealer even offered me $1000 less for my Odessey as a trade in than I ended u phoney and the prices were higher than they should have been. One Honda dealer even offered me $1000 less for my Odessey as a trade in than I ended up selling it for outright to a used car dealer. I did that just to be able to work against the MSRP. Then I called Legends Toyota at the suggestion of a friend who works for Toyota. I wanted a 4 cyl 4x4 and he suggested the Venza. I talked to Phil in internet sales and he located a car that matched what I wanted. Ben Miller, was the salesman I spoke with at the dealership after the car was located. The price was good but I asked him to tweek it a little and he did. I called a couple of hours later and told him my wife and I were coming into test drive a similar car to see how it handled. He told me that he had already brought in the car I was interested in and there was no obligation. Now that is not only courtesy it is planning ahead. A Toyota dealer in St. Joe wanted to up his price $300 for bringing in a car not on his lot. I guess Ben knew we would love the car and we did and still do. Ben, was relaxed and easy going. No, pushy stuff and no stupid special wax jobs or seat treatments that cost hundreds of dollars. No, stupid dealer add on either. This was the best new car sale I have ever gone through. We did take the extended warranty and service and with the 0% financing that was a no brainer. More

There was a good variety of car models we were interested in purchasing. We will be back to Legends Toyota for our next Toyota purchase. More
