Purchased brand new 2021 RAV4 Hybrid LE (at MSRP!) and the dealer was transparent in every step of the way. Salesman was kind and easy to work with, and the sales managers were communicative and the envir the dealer was transparent in every step of the way. Would recommend buying from them! Shoutout to Mason the salesperson as well as Nick and Austin the sales managers for a smooth transaction! More
This is quite an interesting review for me to write, because not too long ago I had an absolutely 5-star experience with Legends Toyota and thought for sure I would be a lifetime customer. Recently I because not too long ago I had an absolutely 5-star experience with Legends Toyota and thought for sure I would be a lifetime customer. Recently I brought my extremely clean 2020 vehicle with only 4000 miles in to trade on a new truck (which was coming in August). When I first brought the trade in, they were very enthusiastic about the vehicle and were eager to check it out. I paid my deposit on the new truck while waiting on them to inspect the trade. After they pulled the Carfax and appraised it, the sales rep gave a long speech about how the Used Car Manager "barely even wants this vehicle". The Carfax had a couple extremely minor items, with the most significant being a "odometer discrepancy". They offered absolutely no explanation about how to fix the discrepancy, offered a hilariously low price ($20k under NADA), and gave a long speech about how "any higher and I could lose my job". I immediately went to Carmax and a competing Toyota dealership. Both Carmax AND the other Toyota dealership offered me explicit instructions of how to fix the mileage discrepancy (easy fix - I called the Toyota dealership where we the truck had been purchased and serviced every time - they acknowledged the mileage fat-finger and immediately corrected it on the Carfax). Then Carmax and the other dealership offered me $20k and $15k more than Legends respectively, and all three dealers (including the one where I bought the truck) told me straight up that Legends was deliberately avoiding telling me how to fix the Carfax so they could massively massively low-ball me on the trade offer. They also acknowledged that WITH the Carfax taken into consideration as-is it was still at least $10000 too low. I called my rep at Legends and explained the situation and he feigned apology, promising me to call the next morning and "get it figured out". I never heard from him again so I finally called and cancelled my deposit on the new vehicle, content to never step foot in that dealership again. Very disappointing because again, once upon a time this was my favorite dealership I've ever worked with. Don't know if was my specific sales rep, the Used Car Manager, or some combination of both but I really thought this sort of shady car sales stuff was a thing of the past. More
If I could leave a zero review I would. The sales manager we worked with (Dillon) showed us how completely unimportant we were by not showing us the the time of day as soon as we walked out of that door. He promised he would call us the next day with a yes or no on approval and he completely dropped that ball. Some xxxxty sales person tried to justify it by saying we wouldn’t be approved unless we put $10,000 down (what do they know. Maybe we have 10k) and that’s probably why we didn’t get a call back. We wasted time and gas on this place. Will absolutely never consider them in the future. More

Our latest repair work was coordinated through Huy, who undoubtedly went out of his way to ensure our needs, regarding our Sequoia, were completely fulfilled. Huy is a prime example of the good service we have had with Legends Toyota through the years. What a wonderful experience did the whole deal over the phone and was in and out of dealership in 20 minutes with more vehicle than i was looking for, for the same payment range i was comfortable with. Dont trust them.. its my first and last purchase experience with this dealership. they lie about everything, starting from sale representative when sell you a protect its my first and last purchase experience with this dealership. they lie about everything, starting from sale representative when sell you a protection policy which cover nothing of what he tells you to their mechanics who do anything to push your car out without spending money to fix it. here is my maintenance story: - the first couple week i got check engine light, it was fuel level sensor, I took it there it should be still covered with 45 days warranty, they kept the car for 8 days, then i got a call said its fixed. i drove the car for couple days and the issue back. Later, I found out they just reset the check engine. and of course im not gonna drop it for another 8 days for nothing. - After water leak which should be covered i was told the electrical damaged is not covered. the protection says AC system, but they said AC blower is not included, that is not in the policy but they can tell you what they want. their policy has no details its not more than a fraud. - The estimation i got to replace the AC blower and SJB is 1080 $, 400 parts and 680 labors (they said 4 hours means 170$ per hour) I searched online and you can do as well, the cost to replace the AC blower 120$, 75 for part and 45 labor. And for the SJB is 380 for all part, programming and labor. The total 500. I took it to Dick smith and my bill was 565$ it’s the half. Please be careful if you have to deal with them. More
