I felt like Doug was pushing me towards a car that I didn't want. I told him I wanted a Toyota Yaris but when he showed me the only one they had on the lot it ended up being a manual and granted I can didn't want. When I told him it wasn't what I was looking for he showed me a corolla which I felt was out of my price range and especially for a 2004. He kept pushing trying to get me to buy it which made me uncomfortable. At the very least he did have my car appraised for its trade in value which I found helpful for the next time I go looking for a newer car. More
The entire experience was the best that I have ever had when buying a car. Dean took the time to show me several cars in the price range that I had requested. When I picked out the car that I wanted, I took it for a test drive. Well then of course I really liked the way the car drove and I bought the car. Dean is not the type of salesman that will pressure you at all, he thouroughly explains everything about the car and will answer all questions that you may have. You are treated like a person and not just another person trying to buy a car. After Dean had finished all of the paperwork needed he then introduced me to Chevis Reid who was the accounting speacialist. Chevis was professional as well and explained all of the paperwork that I was signing easily to understand. I really felt like I was the only customer that mattered, I was treated with respect and I left the dealership with a great feeling that these people really do care about their customers. I highly recommend Dean Nowe at Legends Toyota to buy your next car from. Thank you, for a great experience. More
They had a large inventory of the vehicle we were interested in. Jay was very friendly and was not to pushy to get us to buy. Aaron Connolly was a great salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend Aaron. I did not appreciate the way the salesmanager handled things. Asking what payment I wanted to make and then asking for my down payment before I had even met with the finance manager. I was suppose to be called by Wednesday (after buying the car on Saturday) to set up a time to put on the side molding. I finally had to call the dealer on Friday to set something up. I was put on hold for a long time until they found the part that wasn't even under my name. More

We had signed papers to purchase a Corolla and while waiting for delivery my job situation changed. Surprisingly, they let us out of the deal without any fuss. 5 stars!! Ahh! So frustrated with Legends Toyota! I felt like Doug had no idea what I was looking for and wouldn't listen to me when I told him my price point and what I needed. Legends is about a 45 min drive for me had no idea what I was looking for and wouldn't listen to me when I told him my price point and what I needed. Legends is about a 45 min drive for me (and I have two kids, am pregnant, and it's 105 degrees outside)- he kept pushing me to 'just come on in and look'. No- tell me what you have, and i'll come in if it's worth my while. Well finally he tells me 'I have plenty of vans on the lot, come on out and look.' Fine- so we all drive out, and look at two vans (yes only two) and both were at least 7 thousand above my price range. Very frustrating. In fact half way through dealing with Doug on the phone and being frustrated, I switched to Javan- and he was great!! I do recommend him- I felt like he understood my situation and would listen to me on what I wanted, but overall the experience was not even close to what I was used to (loved Molle and Superior). Prices are some of the best in the metro, and building is beautiful, but that doesn't make up for customer service. Don't go here. More
The sales staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I was treated with respect and the whole process was explained as we went along. That was a good finishing touch. More
