Ahh! So frustrated with Legends Toyota! I felt like Doug had no idea what I was looking for and wouldn't listen to me when I told him my price point and what I needed. Legends is about a 45 min drive for me had no idea what I was looking for and wouldn't listen to me when I told him my price point and what I needed. Legends is about a 45 min drive for me (and I have two kids, am pregnant, and it's 105 degrees outside)- he kept pushing me to 'just come on in and look'. No- tell me what you have, and i'll come in if it's worth my while. Well finally he tells me 'I have plenty of vans on the lot, come on out and look.' Fine- so we all drive out, and look at two vans (yes only two) and both were at least 7 thousand above my price range. Very frustrating. In fact half way through dealing with Doug on the phone and being frustrated, I switched to Javan- and he was great!! I do recommend him- I felt like he understood my situation and would listen to me on what I wanted, but overall the experience was not even close to what I was used to (loved Molle and Superior). Prices are some of the best in the metro, and building is beautiful, but that doesn't make up for customer service. Don't go here. More

We have two children and were able to keep them engaged in fun activites( wii, movies, sticker books, etc etc) at the dealership with no distractions. Price of SUV was within market price especially for the quality of the SUV. Suv was cleaned and fully detailed top to bottom inside and out after purchased and sales rep even helped us move car seats to new vehicle.
