I had been to another dealership to shop for a RAV 4. I had questions that had not been answered satisfactorily, so I called Legends. It had been 13 years since I had bought my last Rav 4 and so was ready to take the step to replace it. Leo and Kevin worked hard to get us a price with the monthly payments that fit our budget, even going so far as to make sure they found one in the color I wanted. When it arrived and we went to pick it up the excellent customer service we had received initially continued. Leo even included a set of floor mats -- now that's the type of little detail that makes a customer feel special! Chevis ensured the processing of the final paperwork went fairly quickly and smoothly. The property is beautiful. It is obvious much thought went into the comfort of guests. While waiting for our turn to complete paperwork we were very comfortable. Overall this was the best experience I have had with an auto dealership. I will definitely be recommending Legends Toyota to everyone. And I know we will be back the next time we need to purchase a vehicle. More

I bought my Highlander from them when they were Performance Toyota and it was the worst buying experience I have ever had! I swore I would never go back but, my wife said, give them a try since they moved to the new location. The Highlander is still under warranty and one of the power outlets stopped working. I made an appointment for Saturday morning and got there on time. I was just left sitting there waiting in my vehicle while service managers and cigarette smoking salesmen milled about. I finally walked in to the service office and told them the power outlet was broken. Well, after one hour of waiting the female service manager came out and told me, drum roll please, the power outlet was broken! I was dumbfounded, I told them it was broken when I arrived and it only took them an hour to diagnosis the problem. They have some real rocket surgeons working in the back…. Now I have to come back another day to have it fixed since they don’t stock what I believe to be a very common part. I’m in the market for another vehicle and I will not even consider this dealership. More

I had called a dealer ship in KC and go a non-response to my question and then visited another where I had to actually walk into the lobby to find a sales person to help. After those two mediocre experiences I had almost talked myself out of even trying, but my mom had been to visit Legends, and Bill, knowing what type of car she was looking for had kept in touch with her since her visit. She called to him to ask what he had on the lot for Camry's, and the rest is history. We were actually greeted by several sales people when we arrived, none of which were overbearing, and all of which you could recognize as employees. Within a couple of hours my car was bought and the experience could not have been smoother. More
