I was trying to buy a new minivan over the internet. I found Legends Toyota's sales technique pushy and was hesitant to even visit them. They urged me to come see their vehicle WITHOUT telling me that it found Legends Toyota's sales technique pushy and was hesitant to even visit them. They urged me to come see their vehicle WITHOUT telling me that it was a DEMO MODEL. It was a waste of my valuable time to spend an hour driving and I feel that it was unethical not to tell me ahead of time that the vehicle was a demo. The minivan was in the showroom with a dead battery and they kept me in the showroom trying to agree on terms before a tech finally came out with a battery pack. It was only then that they admitted it had 1,300 miles on it! They had that vehicle for a long time, they obviously knew its demo status. Then they had the nerve to try and sell me one of their other models! I would NOT recommend this dealership or the shady tactics they use. More

I had been to another dealership to shop for a RAV 4. I had questions that had not been answered satisfactorily, so I called Legends. My initial contact was with Leo when I called to get further details. Even on the phone he was very helpful and enthusiastically answered all of my questions. It had been 13 years since I had bought my last Rav 4 and so was ready to take the step to replace it. Leo and Kevin worked hard to get us a price with the monthly payments that fit our budget, even going so far as to make sure they found one in the color I wanted. When it arrived and we went to pick it up the excellent customer service we had received initially continued. Leo even included a set of floor mats -- now that's the type of little detail that makes a customer feel special! Chevis ensured the processing of the final paperwork went fairly quickly and smoothly. The property is beautiful. It is obvious much thought went into the comfort of guests. While waiting for our turn to complete paperwork we were very comfortable. Overall this was the best experience I have had with an auto dealership. I will definitely be recommending Legends Toyota to everyone. And I know we will be back the next time we need to purchase a vehicle. More
