Before visiting any dealerships we searched extensively online. We contacted several dealerships, by phone and e-mail, in both Kansas and Missouri. Over a period of several months we inquired about three Tundras in stock at Legends Toyota. Legends Toyota's web site provided multiple photos and detailed information about each vehicle. Charlie Ross, in the Internet Sales Department, promptly answered all of our additional questions. When we did go to Legends Toyota to look at two Tundra models, Charlie was extremely knowledgeable about the differences between the vehicles. Not only that, he was able to compare the features of each model to the four Tundras we have previously owned, explaining in detail the differences in the mechanical, handling, convenience, comfort, and safety features. Charlie handled the negotiations for our trade and purchase in a professional manner, without using high-pressure sales tactics. We were comfortable with the staff at Legends and are very happy with the transaction and with our Tundra. We feel confident in recommending Legends Toyota and Charlie Ross. We will return to Legends when we're again looking for a new Toyota. More

Legends Toyota has far extended our expectations!!! We purchased our Chrysler 300 on December 31, 2011 and on January 30, 2012 I went to get the Missouri inspection done to tag the car only to find out th purchased our Chrysler 300 on December 31, 2011 and on January 30, 2012 I went to get the Missouri inspection done to tag the car only to find out the front tie rods were bad and the car would not pass inspection with the repair. I called Legends Toyota and they got me right in and replaced the tie rods at no cost. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! We will be back when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle! More

I can't find an exact word to describe more than EXCELLENT! I came in with a very 50/50 mindset because of credit doubts. I was static on the way him and the finance people just will go to the impossible to make a deal happen and with out a doubt I will recommend this dealership for new cars, because if they can do this for a used car, You will leave driving if you are looking for a new car. They finance lady (sorry again) went through everything and explained everything and got what was best for me (I live in Fort Riley, away from the dealership) and got me to the place I was looking on payment. This was my first stop on 3 different Chrysler Aspens I was going to see that day and I didn't even leave after I got there. I know if Dean have to, he will drive you home if he can't get you in a car. This dealership is up for the business and make a good name and believe me they are in the right track. I am a US Army soldier, I went in uniform and I didn't get harassed like in other dealerships that they want to run your credit and then tell you what car you have to get. I would like to give this dealership and especially the people I worked with the highest recommendation. Let me explain that I really dislike the car buying process so much that I've only purchased 4 vehi people I worked with the highest recommendation. Let me explain that I really dislike the car buying process so much that I've only purchased 4 vehicles personally and I am 44years old. This dealership completely changed my tune about the process. To further explain how important this dealer and Kevin Bratteig and Kori Jenkins were to the process I am a family member of a career long GM employee. I can purchase GM cars at the employee pricing. However after having bad experiences with maintenance issues on multiple GM cars and employee pricing not being as attractive as it once was I decided to look elsewhere. Kevin (the sales manager) immediately made me feel like it was a low pressure and low key environment. Kori Jenkins(business/finance manager) also did the same once I ended up at that point. I informed Kevin I was interested in a Highlander and that I was a GM family member but was very serious about getting a car. He immediately had a very helpful salesman work with us as a team and had aggressive pricing which was even better relatively than the GM employee pricing. We found the perfect car and it was in stock (even better) but said he would go get me any car I wanted quickly if he didn't have it. Kori took it from there and even found another discount for me due to a good credit score. She had no motive to do this since I was already buying the car but thats the kind of environment this was. She even razzed Kevin that she found me a better deal than he did. Anyway this enabled me to obtain an extended 5 year 75K mile warranty for $3 (yeah THREE dollars). This experience was the best I've had when dealing with the auto business. I will do business with Legends again especially if Kevin and Kori are still doing their thing there. My suggestion if you are in the market for a Toyota is call Kevin up and go in when you are serious about a car. He will make the process super painless and simple. Oh and by the way I love the highlander - fantastic car so far. More

Our whole experience here at Legends Toyota has been one of the most stress free car buying experiences we've ever had. Our salesman was very respectful, courteous and best of all able to get us a perfect of the most stress free car buying experiences we've ever had.
