I would like to give this dealership and especially the people I worked with the highest recommendation. Let me explain that I really dislike the car buying process so much that I've only purchased 4 vehi people I worked with the highest recommendation. Let me explain that I really dislike the car buying process so much that I've only purchased 4 vehicles personally and I am 44years old. This dealership completely changed my tune about the process. To further explain how important this dealer and Kevin Bratteig and Kori Jenkins were to the process I am a family member of a career long GM employee. I can purchase GM cars at the employee pricing. However after having bad experiences with maintenance issues on multiple GM cars and employee pricing not being as attractive as it once was I decided to look elsewhere. Kevin (the sales manager) immediately made me feel like it was a low pressure and low key environment. Kori Jenkins(business/finance manager) also did the same once I ended up at that point. I informed Kevin I was interested in a Highlander and that I was a GM family member but was very serious about getting a car. He immediately had a very helpful salesman work with us as a team and had aggressive pricing which was even better relatively than the GM employee pricing. We found the perfect car and it was in stock (even better) but said he would go get me any car I wanted quickly if he didn't have it. Kori took it from there and even found another discount for me due to a good credit score. She had no motive to do this since I was already buying the car but thats the kind of environment this was. She even razzed Kevin that she found me a better deal than he did. Anyway this enabled me to obtain an extended 5 year 75K mile warranty for $3 (yeah THREE dollars). This experience was the best I've had when dealing with the auto business. I will do business with Legends again especially if Kevin and Kori are still doing their thing there. My suggestion if you are in the market for a Toyota is call Kevin up and go in when you are serious about a car. He will make the process super painless and simple. Oh and by the way I love the highlander - fantastic car so far. More
We had a great overall experience with this dealership. The had exactly we were looking for and worked with us to make sure we were able to purchace our new truck. Our whole experience here at Legends Toyota has been one of the most stress free car buying experiences we've ever had. Our salesman was very respectful, courteous and best of all able to get us a perfect of the most stress free car buying experiences we've ever had. Our salesman was very respectful, courteous and best of all able to get us a perfect deal hassle free. We felt like he treated us how he would have wanted to be treated in the same situation. We we're very pleased with the finance dept. and their hassle free flexibility. Definitely a place I would refer my friends and family to. Thank you for the experience. More
A very disappointing sales experience. It took 1 1/2 hours to sign 4 pieces of paper. The paperwork and car was not ready at agreed upon time, and car was not cleaned properly for delivery...handed tra hours to sign 4 pieces of paper. The paperwork and car was not ready at agreed upon time, and car was not cleaned properly for delivery...handed trash left in car from prior test drives to salesman upon leaving. Salesman made it sound like they did me such a favor in reducing the price of the car and that it's been quite a battle to arrive at an agreed upon price. I beg to differ...I made an offer for the car, they accepted the offer the next day; there was no duking it out. Hopefully the service department will make up for the poor sales experience. More

When I came to the dealership I already knew what I wanted to buy. Bill walked me through the various trucks and option packages to achieve that. I was unable to get exactly what I wanted because Toy wanted to buy. Bill walked me through the various trucks and option packages to achieve that. I was unable to get exactly what I wanted because Toyota didn't offer all of the options that I wanted on the specific truck that I wanted, but Bill did an excellent job of trying to accomodate in different ways. The process took longer than expected, but that was because we basically went through the process on 3 or 4 different models trying to come up with the best possible match. In the end there were only a couple of options that I wanted that I was unable to get and the dealership is working with a third party vendor and me to get one of those. Legends also got special financing for me as kind of a compensation for not being able to get exactly what I wanted. Overall, the customer service has been great; they have gone the extra mile to make sure I am happy with my purchase and Bill Cantrell is still following up regularly to see through the vendor upgrades. Chris Schermbeck in service has been very helpful with the third party vendor as well. I have purchased five new vehicles from this dealer and their predecessor, have had all my service work done by the dealership on all of them, and would recommend the dealership to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new Toyota. By the way, they have a great new facility with comfortable chairs, fresh coffee and a big screen TV. More

My intentions were to bring attention to some realities in buying a car. I have purchased 27 vehicles and have had some great experiences buying and some not so great, and several attempts. What we do with constructive criticism is what makes us who we are. I had hopes that my first review would be read before my second experience. It took about two seconds after walking in the door to realize it was read. It was a little on the cold side in there. I do have to hand it to JaVan; he took it on the chin like a professional and handled the task at hand and that was to sell me a car and move on to the next sale. He took care of me straight foward and to the point and stood by his word that he spoke on the phone. I respect that. Overall my second buying experience was great, in and out in about thirty minutes. No fluff. For obvious reasons I know, but I liked that. When I arrived after a 2-hour drive from the lake area and did some of the paper work, the salesman JaVan told me this car was a demo truck with 2300 miles. You can imagine how perturbed I was. It's one thing dealing on the phone buying a demo as opposed to buying a new one on the phone and driving that distance to discover I was dealing with a used truck. I am an incredibly busy person with two full-time jobs, so needless to say I worked a deal on this USED G** d*** car for the sake of time. And to add insult to injury the manager (Phil) had the audacity to say they weren't making a dime on the deal. Seriously, please don't insult the intelligence of your customers! we know you're making money and that's OK--that's what our economy needs. I think this is a perfect example of the reputation that car salesmen receive. They make attorneys look like dentists. Love the Toyota More
