After many years of loyal Toyota ownership, from the Camry I bought in 1996 to the Highlander that was my wife and my most recent purchase in 2010, you can imagine my concern when I found out my 2007 Ca Camry I bought in 1996 to the Highlander that was my wife and my most recent purchase in 2010, you can imagine my concern when I found out my 2007 Camry needed major repairs. Purchasing my new 4Runner from Legend's Toyota was a fantastic experience. Not only did I get the vehicle I wanted at a fantastic price, but I had the sense that I was being dealt with fairly and hones fantastic experience. Not only did I get the vehicle I wanted at a fantastic price, but I had the sense that I was being dealt with fairly and honestly (unlike a couple of other dealerships in the Kansas City metropolitan area). My sales associate, Chevis Reid, was superb - he went well beyond any reasonable expectation of professionalism - and I don't state this lightly. My original choice of vehicles was not in stock - after several unsuccessful attempts to pinpoint other vehicles, Chevis, along with his management team, was able to broker a deal with another dealership to allow us to "jump ahead" in line (the 4Runner I wanted is apparently a very difficult vehicle to find). Further, the entire sales team, from mechanics appraising my trade-in, to the managers who set the trade-in value, made the bottomline of the ultimate transaction as good as one could possibly hope for. Overall, one of, if not the, best high end item transactions I've ever taken part in. More

Before visiting any dealerships we searched extensively online. We contacted several dealerships, by phone and e-mail, in both Kansas and Missouri. Over a period of several months we inquired about three online. We contacted several dealerships, by phone and e-mail, in both Kansas and Missouri. Over a period of several months we inquired about three Tundras in stock at Legends Toyota. Legends Toyota's web site provided multiple photos and detailed information about each vehicle. Charlie Ross, in the Internet Sales Department, promptly answered all of our additional questions. When we did go to Legends Toyota to look at two Tundra models, Charlie was extremely knowledgeable about the differences between the vehicles. Not only that, he was able to compare the features of each model to the four Tundras we have previously owned, explaining in detail the differences in the mechanical, handling, convenience, comfort, and safety features. Charlie handled the negotiations for our trade and purchase in a professional manner, without using high-pressure sales tactics. We were comfortable with the staff at Legends and are very happy with the transaction and with our Tundra. We feel confident in recommending Legends Toyota and Charlie Ross. We will return to Legends when we're again looking for a new Toyota. More

Legends Toyota has far extended our expectations!!! We purchased our Chrysler 300 on December 31, 2011 and on January 30, 2012 I went to get the Missouri inspection done to tag the car only to find out th purchased our Chrysler 300 on December 31, 2011 and on January 30, 2012 I went to get the Missouri inspection done to tag the car only to find out the front tie rods were bad and the car would not pass inspection with the repair. I called Legends Toyota and they got me right in and replaced the tie rods at no cost. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! We will be back when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle! More
