Purchasing my new 4Runner from Legend's Toyota was a fantastic experience. Not only did I get the vehicle I wanted at a fantastic price, but I had the sense that I was being dealt with fairly and hones fantastic experience. Not only did I get the vehicle I wanted at a fantastic price, but I had the sense that I was being dealt with fairly and honestly (unlike a couple of other dealerships in the Kansas City metropolitan area). My sales associate, Chevis Reid, was superb - he went well beyond any reasonable expectation of professionalism - and I don't state this lightly. My original choice of vehicles was not in stock - after several unsuccessful attempts to pinpoint other vehicles, Chevis, along with his management team, was able to broker a deal with another dealership to allow us to "jump ahead" in line (the 4Runner I wanted is apparently a very difficult vehicle to find). Further, the entire sales team, from mechanics appraising my trade-in, to the managers who set the trade-in value, made the bottomline of the ultimate transaction as good as one could possibly hope for. Overall, one of, if not the, best high end item transactions I've ever taken part in. More
