This was my first Toyota and I was a little apprehensive as to wether or not to buy. Bill approched me with his friendly smile and introduced himself and asked if he could show me a vehicle. I explained to him my situation and how I need a vehicle with great gas mileage cause I have been doing a lot of traveling since my mother has fallen ill and now is handycap. He started with the camry cause of it's ability to save on gas. We checked out three different ones till I got to the red one. When I tested this one I think I almost fell in love. It is so smooth and quiet. Can't even hear when the engine starts up. Then I had to leave the dealership cause I didn't have the vechile I was going to trade-in with me. Buy the time I got back the red one was sold. But the general sales manager ({Phil Ulrich) got another one on the lot buy the next day. To my suprise Bill called and said he had another one in and would I like to look at it. I did and decided to purchase it and Bill was the best car salesman I have ever worked with. Made sure I was happy with everything, but when it came time to sign paper work I wasn't happy with the interest rate. This is where Robert Stirling got envoled. Rob did a great job at explaining how the rates worked and what my rate would be. However he went above what I have experienced with other dealership and got me a much lower rate that I could live with and be happy about. I am truly happy about this. But back to Bill, he did a great job at selling me this vehicle and I couldn't be happy about the service I received from everyone I came in contact with. This is a great dealership to do business with and I will be back when I'm ready for another car/SUV. Thanks Bill and keep that smile going. You wear it well. More

But, most of all we were impressed with the honesty of their employees, both in sales and service. The dealership's new location is closer to our home and that makes it even more convenient for the extended service package we purchased. The price of the car, including the extras, was below our budget and $100 less than what we wanted to make as a monthly payment. The Toyota cars we have had over the past 20 years have given us great service and we are sure that the new one will also, but when the time comes for another new car we will go to Legends Toyota.
