We originally went to this dealership to purchase a 2010 Highlander. I was at work so my husband went and drove it during the day and the salesman, Michael (the only thing I would say was good about this d Highlander. I got home from work about 5:45 and we headed to the dealership. We got done driving different vehicles (3 of them) around 6:45 and decided to sit down and start working out price. Apparently if sales manager has no interest in the old theory "staying until the job is done" because it was blatantly apparent after they showed us the initial figures (mind you they were getting our trade value directly from the internet) that there was ZERO negotiation that would happen all. They told us that their first offer (coming down $1000 off of the Highlander price and the internet price for the trade was all they would do. Being in sales, I have never seen a sales organization that didn't at least say "what can I do to earn your business?". The feeling we received that night was that, it was past 7 and their closing time and they would rather go home than EARN the business. The salesman behind beyond the desk we were at proceeded to start singing a song with profanity in it loud enough that it sounded like the radio was on behind us. Really? This is the professional standard you hold yourself to? With thats said, we went back there one more time. I wanted to drive a Prius that they had online. We called up there to make sure they had (well my husband did, as I really didn't feel that the customer service we received in the previous warranted a second trip) and they said "Oh yes, we have it. Come on up." We left right then and got there and started looking for the car (this took us about 15 minutes) and could not find the car. Michael proceeded to look around the lot (it was pretty cold this day, but he went ahead and stopped to chat with another guy about their weekend plans while we stood outside) and came back out and told us "The car was just sold, that is why it's not out here". So let me get this straight, in 15 minutes you sold the car and it is already out the door , off the lot and etc.? They then proceeded to explain to me that I should just drive this other model Prius (it had clearly been backed into something) because I would probably like it better. I am so glad that you "think" you know what I like. Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase a vehicle here. If this is how they treat you when you are trying to purchase a vehicle, what will they treat you like when they have your business? Bottom line, go to one of the other Toyota dealerships. I did and now have my 2013. More
When we walked into the dealership, I gave myself about a 30% chance of leaving with a new truck. Two hours later, thanks to Shawn's expert salesmanship, we drove off the lot with a 2012 4runner. Bill took al the pain out buy a new truck for me. My 2012 double cab long bed was not available at any dealer in town with the options that I wanted. Originally I was going to purchase a Ford Fusion until my husband suggested I test drive the Camry. We went to the Moonlight Madness sale on Saturday, March 24th at Legends Toyota. Dean was great, he showed us all the features of the Camry versus the Fusion. Well, we ended up buying a 2012 Camry. I was satisfied with my trade-in and financing. Corey was thorough and friendly. Sometimes buying a new car can be a hassle, but we had a very enjoyable experience. We are recommending The Legends, and Dean in particular, to all of our friends. I am enjoying the MPG I am getting out of my Camry. Give them a try, you won't be sorry. More

The thing that impressed us the most was the way we were treated when we walked thru the door. EVERYONE had a smile and spoke to us. We asked for Chevis Reid or Duce Lett and didn't have to wait til Chevis came for us. We had visited with Chevis both by email and phone making the deal for our 2012 Camry Hybrid. We traded in our 2011 Toyota Sienna for the 2012 Camry Hybrid strictly because of high price of fuel. The Sienna had only 17,000 miles on it. We went to Legends Toyota because Duce Lett had gone there from the dealership in Joplin, MO. We had dealt with Duce more than once and knew he was someone we could trust. He gave us Chevis Reid as the salesman and we couldn't have been more pleased. We would recommend Legends Toyota to anyone interested in getting a Toyota. Our new Camry was all polished up and ready to go. Chevis spent a lot of time going over all the features (and there are a lot of them!) He was thorough on all of them and could answer any question we might have. More
I visited Legends Toyota on a Sunday recently when the dealership was rather busy. However, regardless of the amount of customers, I received paramount customer service! Immediately upon walking in the front for, the front desk representative greeted me and asked how she can help to direct me in the right area. I asked to speak with a car sales rep, and she referred me to Dean Nowe and his team for assistance. I must disclose, I am sometimes a rather difficult customer to please but Dean Nowe and the Legends Toyota team exceeded my expectations. Overall, I just felt great walking into this dealership because they treated me with great respect and sincerity. Dean was a fantastic individual to work with, and he genuinely cared about helping me and my family find a used certified vehicle. I would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a used or new car to visit Legends Toyota. They treat you with phenomenal respect, and not in a fake way like they are just schmoozing or begging for a sale. Dean Nowe and his team really care about building a relationship with you, and helping you through your purchase decision. Most importantly, they are honest and will help answer all of your questions until your needs are fully met. When you visit this dealership, I specifically recommend working with Dean Now. Why? Well, some people have that fear that a car salesman will not be honest. Or that a car salesman is only just looking to make a sale. If you want good honest service go to Legends and ask to work with Dean. You'll love the feeling of driving away in a QUALITY new or used vehicle that you're VERY happy you purchased! More

I visited Legends Toyota in Kansas City, Kansas on a Sunday afternoon only because another Toyota dealer, closer to my home in Missouri, is closed on Sundays. However, I had visited the closed lot earli Sunday afternoon only because another Toyota dealer, closer to my home in Missouri, is closed on Sundays. However, I had visited the closed lot earlier that morning and found a vehicle I was interested in, a 2012 RAV4, Sport. I was met at Legends by sales consultant Gilbert Meyer. After describing what I was looking for, he showed me what was available on their lot. Although the color in the Sport model was not there, he said he could get it. I explained I had already found a vehicle I was interested in, but the dealership was closed. We went for a test drive in a model like I wanted. I told Gilbert if he would get the color I want, I would be happy to talk with him. The next day, Monday, I spoke with Gilbert and he told me he would get the RAV4 Sport in the color I want. On Tuesday morning, he called and said he was on his way to get it. I called him a short while later and he informed me he was returning to Legends with the car. He had gone to the Missouri dealership and got the car I had seen, without any guarantee I would purchase it. Later that morning, I met with Gilbert with knowledge of the vehicle's MSRP, factory invoice price, dealer cost, incentives, and other information to discuss a purchase. I told him I didn't want to waste our time and we needed to get to the total, final price quickly and to my satisfaction and I would not negotiate. He asked for my offer, I gave it to him, he presented it to his manager and it was immediately accepted. Do I feel I could have gotten the car at a better price by not mentioning a price first? Possibly, but because I had spent many hours researching before I went in, I know I still got a great deal and I am extremely satisfied with the price I paid and the friendly, personal service I received from Gilbert. I certainly don't feel I was taken advantage of. This was, without doubt, the best car-buying experience I have ever had. When service is required for my vehicle, I will return to Legends Toyota because of their Sunday hours. More

Everyone wanted my happiness first! Even if I decided not to purchase the car. Kevin really helped me feel confident in my decision and was more than willing to just talk with me about it, and that eased my car buying experience.
