He did a trade with an toyota dealer in a neighbor state,and he personally drove the van back for us. It is just amazing! Thank you so much, Charlie. Another headache is that the dealers always push you into the extended warranty stuffs. it is not case with Legends. Kori at the finance department is so nice, she explained all purchase details including the extended warranty to us. We purchased the toyota 8year/100K miles VSP at the great price. Very good buying experience. Purchase was primarily over the phone and the internet which in my case was important to me. I do NOT like to go to dealerships and waste time shaking hands and hanging out wit the phone and the internet which in my case was important to me. Our experience working with Charlie Ross was exceptional. I contacted Charlie in February about a Highlander SE and told him my target date would be Memorial Day. After visiting 7 dealers I returned to Charlie and told him I wanted a Limited instead and he went to work. While I would have liked a lower price than I got, I was ok with the final price. I certainly would recommend Charlie Ross to my friends and I hope they take advantage. He is cordial and very accommodating and he certainly is not a pressure salesman.
