We arrived for our appointment to find Gary Prough was not available and that Charlie Ross would deal with us. The first vehicle we drove was defective and we had to go back for another. Then Charlie lo not available and that Charlie Ross would deal with us. The first vehicle we drove was defective and we had to go back for another. Then Charlie low balled us on our trade in. He initially offered us 11,500 and then raised it to 13,500 as we were on our way out the door. Charlie had the audicity to ask how much we paid for the vehicle. As if what we paid for the vehicle we were trading has any bearing on the vehicles current value!!? I would not recommend this dealer to anyone and we will never go back for any reason. And we did trade, and we got $15,000 on our traded vehicle. More

The salesperson, Gary Prough, was acceptable, but anything associated with picking up the vehicle was not, from the paperwork not being prepared on time, to the finance side, to our ability to receive and process the paperwork in a timely manner, all was unacceptable. This process took over 2.5 hours. This dealership will sell you the car, but their internal processes on how one picks up the car are as poor as I have ever experienced and I have bought over 20 cars in my lifetime, including not being able to use a credit card, for the deposit, at the time of closing on the auto loan. The car was not properly ready for us either. There was no manual (I have had to order one online). I had to take the car to be detailed. I also took it to a Hyundai dealer and they recommended an alignment which I immediately had done. The dealership never asked to pair my cell phone to the internal system. When I finally got in the car, all I wanted to do was get off the lot as fast as possible. Now, two weeks after the sale I still don't have the paperwork necessary to register the car. I will not ever recommend Legends Toyota to anyone. More
My wife and I are very satified with Legends, the salesman, Gary Prough, was very helpful, he explained in detail about the operation of the new Toyota we purchased. Overall great experience from the girl who greeted me every time I came in, to the finance guy (Robert Sterling) who found the right extended coverage to meet my needs. Started working with Charlie with every time I came in, to the finance guy (Robert Sterling) who found the right extended coverage to meet my needs. Started working with Charlie with internet sales. He was very responsive and established great rapport which convinced me to make the 40 minute drive to this dealer (there is a dealer 5 minutes from my house). Chevis worked with me while at the dealer. He worked to make it a very relaxing transaction. No high pressure. These guys had to go out of their way to find the car I wanted. I am very happy with the deal and the dealer and would highly recommend these guys. More

The Dealership -- you can discern much about the dealership by the general demeanor and atmosphere of the employees and appearance. I found the Legends staff friendly and helpful even when the respresentative you are working with is unavailable. The sales staff were professional in appearance and appeared to enjoy working with and serving other customers. 3. Our salesman -- Mr. Cantrell -- clearly was a major selling point in our decision to buy from Legends. He is mature and friendly yet respectful and clearly understands the role of salesman and customer. Toyota products generally sell themselves, I (and my wife in particular) need little convincing of the quality of the product. It is the service after sell that is important, especially since this is our first experience with hybrid technology (I still do not understand it)and in leasing a vehicle. Both bring "baggage" to the showroom floor in our case. Mr. Cantrell provided honest answers to our questions and concerns. And, finally, Mr. Cantrell clearly wanted our business and to be satisified with our purchase yet he was not pushy, superficial or pandering for the sale --just professional and accomodating. More
We contacted Legends Toyota on a whim to see if they could beat the deals from two other local Toyota dealers we were working with. Instead of the nickel and dime price drops the other dealerships were could beat the deals from two other local Toyota dealers we were working with. Instead of the nickel and dime price drops the other dealerships were giving us, Dale immediately gave us a significantly reduced offer. Regardless of the calls in to the other dealerships, Dale stayed ahead of the game. When we finally settled on Legends Toyota, everyone we met was entertaining and informative. This was a no-pressure deal. We felt when we walked out that we got the best deal for the vehicle we selected, as well as a few new friends in the process. Yes, Dale and Gilbert were the type of people you have the urge to randomly drop in on after the deal is done, just to say "Hello. If you are looking for a place to have an enjoyable car-buying experience, I recommend Legends. More

Chevis and Gary of Legends Toyota showed the way I thought car buying should be. The have made every effort to be honest and upfront.
