In today's digital world, when you can buy absolutely ANYTING online, I opted for the visit to the deaslership (about 2 weeks ago). I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by my in-person experience with Legends Toyota (I wish I could say the same thing about other dealeships I had previously worked with). To say that I was impressed and satisfied wouldn't do enough justice! I traveled 3.5 hours to purchase my car, and it was well worth it! My trade-in and purchase process(es) took about 1 hour (!). I worked with Austin Carr and Juan Chavez, and these guys know what they are doing. Give them a call. Go Legends! More

We worked with Emily and Juan and both were professional and knowledgeable. Emily sent us photos of the interior and exterior of vehicle we were interested in prior to our arrival at the dealership. Juan made sure our electronics were synchronized to ensure we had no issues. The dealership was comfortable and accommodating. Provided complimentary snacks and water or coffee. No additional dealer fees which was a pleasant surprise. Great dealership with friendly staff. More
We purchased a used 2023 Camry Hybrid from this dealership 7/3/23. The Show Room Rep stated that since it was used the 2nd key to the vehicle could be picked up by the end of the week. Due to a backorder on new vehicles, there was several weeks delay on the key, but this was not going to affect us. Further the Rep stated that our title should be available in 2-3 weeks, definitely before August. They would call us. On 7/14/23 we called the dealership about the 2nd key & the title. We were told that there was a backlog on ordering the 2nd key and that the title would take another 2 weeks. We called on 7/21/23 to check again on key & Title requesting to speak directly to the Sales Rep that handled our purchase. Individual was at lunch, so we left a message to call us. No response. On 7/31/23 we went to dealership for the key & Title. Again, we were told that the key had to be ordered, that they would call when the Title was ready to pick up . . . maybe the next day. We attempted to discussed with both the Show Room Rep and the Sales Rep that we were told that because our vehicle was used that the 2nd key was on hand. They emphatically stated that we were not told that . . . and that a new key had to be ordered. Finally, after a lot of running around and discussing among themselves we were presented our Title and . . . 2nd key! We were at the dealership over an hour dealing with this situation. We were treated with rudeness and disrespect by these Sales Reps. On a lighter note, we really like the vehicle. Since we live only 5 blocks from this dealership, we have used their Service department for about 10 years for our 2009 Camry and have been satisfied. We will continue to use the Service department for our Camrys. Otherwise, we probably wouldn't use this dealership ever again. Interestingly, we were not able to put this review on the Legends Toyota website directly. They selectively post only the good reviews there. More

Don't use the service center here. I had to leave my Toyota Tundra for several days to have my alternator replaced. Firstly, they are charging entirely too much for their service, b I had to leave my Toyota Tundra for several days to have my alternator replaced. Firstly, they are charging entirely too much for their service, billing at a rate of $175 per hour, and then charging >5 hours for something that should have only taken 1 hour; costing over $1400 for something that shouldn't have cost more than $600. But that is not the worst part. While my vehicle was in their possession and under their control, my vehicle was broken into (with no signs of forced entry, maybe an inside job) and many things that were in the cab of the truck were stolen. The service department manager claims they are not liable for the loss incurred in the incident. He claims they are not responsible for any of the customers vehicles that are being serviced on the property; that the customer is supposed to be liable, even for vehicles that must remain overnight on their property. They have no video surveillance of their parking lot and apparently cancelled their security contract with the company that once monitored their property. Basically, they do not provide any protection for the property that customers are entrusting to them while a vehicle is in their shop. This place has millions of dollars worth of customer's property sitting in their parking lot at any given time, yet they don't maintain any means to protect that property. This is total negligence on behalf of this company. Do not trust this company with your vehicle. Not only are their service costs highway robbery, you are also likely to have your things in your vehicle also robbed, and they will treat you like it was your fault. More

He took all my information, dealt with my insurance company and kept me informed on the progress all the time. He went above and beyond for this type of repairs. Having taking my vehicles here before. I am not surprised as they always have given me exception service. Thank you Chris. More
