My experience with the team at Legends Toyota was excellent. I would give them 6 stars if possible! I started looking for a new Toyota Tundra late last year. There were several Toyota dealerships excellent. I would give them 6 stars if possible! I started looking for a new Toyota Tundra late last year. There were several Toyota dealerships in KC and I had the chance to compare other dealerships and make online inquiries. The over MSRP pricing and supply chain issues from a few years ago are over and I was lucky to find enough inventory of Tundras at different dealerships in the KC area. When I asked about vehicles online, "internet sales reps" often tried to call me when I just wanted pricing information that could be easily answered by text or email. Most of them would want me to "come in and see the car and then we can talk pricing..." This was not the case with Legends Toyota. Julie answered every question I had about the trucks. She was clear about the pricing - which was better than any other local dealerships. I went by to test drive a few vehicles in December; Julie greeted me - (didn't hand me off to another sales rep) and helped me with the test driving process. After coming back from the test drive - she again gave me copies of the pricing - which stayed the same as she had shared by text / email. No bait / switch etc. Unfortunately they didn't have a vehicle that met my needs in December - but she shared information on incoming inventory. Even though it was the end of the year - there was no hard sale / pressure to buy existing inventory. I continued my online communication this month and Julie shared more information - including a couple of vehicles that I was interested in. I went back to the dealership to take a closer look at the vehicles - and finally chose one. The whole purchase experience was very easy. Most importantly - I was not handed off to various sales reps or forced to wait for pricing to be approved by another "sales manager" etc. (I've experienced all of this over the years). Julie kept managing the whole process - which was incredibly easy. She had help from another excellent sales rep (Tony) who helped with some of the final details; but she still managed the whole process. As we finished out financing she did not try to sell me anything I did not need, but rather respected my budget and preferences. I wasn't handed off to the F&I department... rather Julie took care of all of this as well. Yes, the same Julie that I started the process by text / email at the very beginning of the sale. I would highly recommend Legends Toyota to anyone who is looking for a car. They have a large selection of vehicles, a friendly and professional staff, and a fair and honest pricing policy. Although I do not reside in the Kansas City area, I still had an amazing experience purchasing a used vehicle completely online from Legends Toyota. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by my in-person experience with Legends Toyota (I wish I could say the same thing about other dealeships I had previously worked with). To say that I was impressed and satisfied wouldn't do enough justice! I traveled 3.5 hours to purchase my car, and it was well worth it! My trade-in and purchase process(es) took about 1 hour (!). We worked with Emily and Juan and both were professional and knowledgeable. Emily sent us photos of the interior and exterior of vehicle we were interested in prior to our arrival at the dealership.
