Sharrieff McIntosh offered great customer service. I had not purchased a new car in 13 years so had not been in a car dealership in a very long time. As much as I was dreading the experience Sharrieff made not purchased a new car in 13 years so had not been in a car dealership in a very long time. As much as I was dreading the experience Sharrieff made it very simple and painless. I leased a 2013 Toyota Venza. He spent quite a bit of time showing me how to use all of the new gadgets inside the car, setting up my blue tooth etc. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to work with me. More

I had been searching for a deal on a new toyota camary hybrid. I had emailed legends about my interest but had ended up making a deal with another KC area dealership after much haggling which I absolutely hybrid. I had emailed legends about my interest but had ended up making a deal with another KC area dealership after much haggling which I absolutely hate. Why not give me the best deal you can and move on. So just to make sure I was getting a good deal I ended up going to legends. I had exchanged emails with Charlie Ross but he had gone home for the day by the time I got to legends. I ended up talking with Chevis. I was in the dealership maybe 20 minutes with a better deal than I had gotten after 6 hours or so of dealing with the other dealership. All dealerships should take example of this from Lengends. My son had a similar experience with them around 6 months earlier as he purchased a new Prius from them as well. This is why Legends get all 5s in my book. More
Purchased a 2006 Infinity.. Asked them if everything worked properly and if it needed brakes or rotors.. They said it was all good and needed nothing.. Found out That it needed relay switch for fan 297. worked properly and if it needed brakes or rotors.. They said it was all good and needed nothing.. Found out That it needed relay switch for fan 297.00 .. Then Infinity said they told previous owners 5 months before they traded it in to Legends that it needed back brakes .. Very dishonest dealership. Tried talking to the GM but he hung up on me and then lied and told the receptionist to tell me he was with a client and had his do not disturb sign on his door .. They also over charged me about 1500 on the car and snuck in a 275.00 finance charge on me .. Watch out .. They are Professional Crooks ... More
Considering that this whole process took 8 weeks due to scheduling problems I would say that we had an excellent experience with no pressure and a very well informed staff. I worked with Chevis and Charlie on the first car I bought new in June 2012 Camry Hybrid XLE. They both did an excellent job. Bottom line they did what they said they were going to do and that's what c bought new in June 2012 Camry Hybrid XLE. They both did an excellent job. Bottom line they did what they said they were going to do and that's what counts with me. They also had the best price in town. My son was involved in an accident in the Camry five months later and the insurance company totaled it. My first call was to Charlie and Chevis for another new car which I bought from them a week ago. I would highly recommend them to anyone who likes a no hassle, pressure free buying experience.
