I would first like to apologize that you have poor feelings about your experience with us. I would however like you to know that I certainly didn't and would never hang up on you. After we became disconnected, I tried several times to call back, I also left a message for you. I stopped calling, because I assumed you were aggrivated with the result of our conversation. As we explained to you at the time we spoke, our store offers all of our customers an extended service policy. After reviewing your paperwork, we discovered that you had in fact purchased an extended service policy for your vehicle (which was a fantastic decision) at the time you purchased your vehicle. Unfortunately, you opted to cancel the extended coverage one day after purchasing the vehicle. Please understand, we try and take care of any reasonable needs that our customers may have within a reasonable time frame. The switch went out in your Infinity almost 8 months after you purchased the vehicle. While this is an unfortunate situation, this is the exact reason that we offer the extended service policy on every vehicle that we are able to. We feel like we have tried to be as fair as possible with you, however, we pride ourselves on our customer service and we are always looking for ways to improve. If you would like to visit about any other portion of your purchase, I would be happy to go over any detail of your purchase with you, in as much detail as you would like. I have reviewed your paperwork and I can not see any part that shows any additional undisclosed fees. I look forward to hearing from you. Duce Lett General Manager Legends Toyota
