Today was our first time buying a car from Legends Toyota, and it will probably not be the last. Charlie (the internet sales manager) was great to work with and very helpful in going over everything about the multiple cars we were interested in, and allowed us to take varying test drives on each to get the full effect of the vehicle. They offered more for our trade than anyone else and sold us our car for cheaper than anywhere else. The introductions, the test drives, the haggling, the financing, the paperwork, EVERYTHING was above and beyond any other experience I've had at a dealership. Even after the purchase was done, and the dealership had been closed for nearly an hour, Charlie stayed to help us set up the tech features inside the car and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We stopped by Legends Toyota on our way to another Toyota dealership out in Lawrence, KS, to test drive one of the 2013 Sequoia Platinum that was priced really well. Unfortunately, Legend's Sequoia, turned out to be a color we didn't like, which the other dealership had exactly what we wanted. Bill seeing that we weren't satisfied with the color, made a few calls around and found the one we wanted before we decided to head over to the other dealership! He went out to pick up the car himself and delivered it to us. It was very busy that day and he still managed to provide exceptional service. We got the car we wanted and went to finance the car and Ricky in the finance department was awesome as well. He explained everything slowly with us and made sure we understood everything be signing.
