I called ahead and told Christopher the model I was interested in and when I arrived he had them lined up in the lot ready for me to look and compare. He was very well versed in the cars and pointed interested in and when I arrived he had them lined up in the lot ready for me to look and compare. He was very well versed in the cars and pointed out the differences in the trim levels. Everything went very smooth and I left with a good deal and a brand new Rav 4. More
We bought a 2012 Toyota Corolla on June 23, 2012 and had a great experience with Chevis Reid. We owned the vehicle for a year and realized that our kids were needing more room in the back and we needed mor a great experience with Chevis Reid. We owned the vehicle for a year and realized that our kids were needing more room in the back and we needed more space overall. We went into Legends on June 25, 2013 looking for Chevis and he wasn't there that night. We were put in contact with Bill Cantrell and told him what we wanted, a Camry or Rav4. He worked very hard to find us one of each with the things we wanted in each. We eventually decided on the 2013 Toyota Camry and everything went very smoothly. Bill made sure we were taken care of and the closing went very well. Everyone was great and made it as easy as possible. He wasn't happy with the delivery of the vehicle (cleaning job) and made sure his boss knew. We took the vehicle back the next day and it was cleaned to his liking and he went over Entune completely with me to ensure I knew how to use it before our family vacation the following weekend. Overall a great experience and will recommend Legends Toyota to everyone and will be shopping there again when in need. More
The experience that my wife and I had at Legends Toyota was outstanding. Chevis Reid (our salesman) did an excellent job helping me get the deal that I wanted and had everything (car, paperwork, financing was outstanding. Chevis Reid (our salesman) did an excellent job helping me get the deal that I wanted and had everything (car, paperwork, financing) lined up and ready to go for me when I arrived at the dealership. In the past I have spent many lingering hours in other dealership waiting in line on the paperwork, finance manager, etc.. and that did not happen here. Chevis did an outstanding job keeping things moving along and had me in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. He also did an excellent job reviewing and covering all of the standard features and new functions (entune, backup camera, satellite radio, bluetooth, etc..) of the car. He went way above and beyond to make this buying experience the best that my wife and I have ever had and I want to make sure that he is recognized for that. Rick the finance manager was extremely nice and did a great job as well. I will buy again from Legends in the future and hope to refer others to them as well. A++ More

I originally emailed to get the price of a used truck I had seen online that stated to email for price. Got a response back, email stated $7850 just like it did a couple of days later when the pric had seen online that stated to email for price. Got a response back, email stated $7850 just like it did a couple of days later when the price was listed online. I got to the Toyota lot. I had to coax the salesman to help me, I think his name was Kyle and test drove it,John the used car manager looked at my trade in. Sat down with the salesman to make the deal and he raised the asking price to $9000. I showed him the email I had received stating that the truck was to be $7850, he went to speak to someone and came back and said that wasn't the lot price. I said ok I want to buy it from the internet then. He said that wasn't possible we had to deal on the lot price. The truck in supreme condition retailed for $7000 nearly a $1000 dollars less than internet price and $2000 less than lot price (still can't figure that difference lot vs. internet price) (textbook case of bait and switch) and they were wanting to offer me $1000 less for my trade than it was worth. I said give me my keys to my truck I am out of here. John called and apologized and said he wanted to see if he could still make the deal. I made a very reasonable offer especially considering they were going to send that truck to the auction in which case they would have received far less than my offer. I spoke to John the next morning and he said he would call me by 10 or 11 AM. I called him back at 2 PM because he never called me, John said he had just got back from lunch and would call me in just a few minutes. John never did call me back. I called John back the next day and he didn't have a reason for not calling me and offered another truck. I told John I wouldn't do business with him because he had lied to me twice and never called. I asked to speak with Duce the general manager but he wasn't in. I responded in email form to a listing from a website letting them know I had been interested in the truck and how I had been treated. I got a call from Charlie the internet sales manager. He seemed nice and apologized for how I had been treated. A couple of calls later we had a reasonable deal, they were going to fix some things on the truck prior to my picking it up. Charlie was going to call me to let me know if it would be ready the next day or 2 days later. Charlie never called and was off the next day so I got a hold of Chavez and asked him if he could tell me when I could pick up the truck. He said let me go down and check and I will call you back in a few minutes. Chavez never called me and when I called back they said he had left for the day. I again asked to speak to Duce the general manager but again he wasn't in. They then got me in touch with Chris, he checked on the status of the truck and called me back. I went in to make the deal the next day. When we sat down to do the paperwork there was a 60 day warranty, when I test drove it Kyle had told me it was a 90 day warranty. Again they weren't honest! Again bait and switch on the warranty. Also they never gave me a copy of the warranty when they rushed me through the paperwork. In the end I think I got a fair deal. I still paid a bit more for the truck than it is worth because it needs some paint work and the dash lights don't all work which I couldn't tell in the daylight but Kyle said he could see them on on the side I was questioning. I tried to get them to also put my wifes name on the title, Legends Toyota stated that they couldn't do it and it could be done at the courthouse. The courthouse stated that it had to be done by the dealership and that I needed an affidavit from the dealership to ok adding her name. I went back to the dealership and they typed in her name. 3 hours of my life I will never get back! Overall it was a horrible experience and I very seriously doubt I will ever do business with them again. If I see something listed they have I would just skip over it. Buyer beware nearly nothing they say is true and watch out for the old bait and switch!!!!!!!!!!!! More

We bought a new Toyota here two years ago. I had worked with the predecessor dealership, Roger Smith Toyota, as far back as the Seventies. The salesperson was great, the dealership was new, clean, and we with the predecessor dealership, Roger Smith Toyota, as far back as the Seventies. The salesperson was great, the dealership was new, clean, and we wrapped the deal in record time. We've loved the car and the service department has performed ToyotaCare maintenance without a complaint. We tried to buy another new Toyota last year from the same salesman. We bought elsewhere only because they had the difficult-to-find model in stock. Last month we came to buy a new Prius. We made it clear that we were only comparison shopping with the dealer we'd just bought a car from, and that we were absolutely going to buy something within 48 hours. Our original salesman had left. Unfortunately, so had everyone else except the nice young woman at the reception desk. We came back three times and ended up talking to four salespeople (because of availability), the finance manager, the sales manager, and the general manager. One of the salesmen had a pulse. The rest were horrifying. One example should suffice. We had our trade appraised, and our salesman of the moment told us, solemn-faced, that the dealership couldn't offer any more on our trade because they were making so little money on it, SINCE THEY HAD TO PAY TOYOTA FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS UP FRONT TO SELL IT AS A CERTIFIED USED CAR. Un-freaking-believable. More
