My wife and I went to Legends Toyota after seeing a RAV4 advertised for our 15 year old daughter. When we arrived, Greg was there ready to help us. He was very accommodating and answered all our questions advertised for our 15 year old daughter. When we arrived, Greg was there ready to help us. He was very accommodating and answered all our questions we had about the vehicle. He was very patient in letting us test drive the vehicle as much as we needed to make the purchase. During the negotiations, he was helpful in making sure we felt like we were getting what we wanted for the price we were willing to pay. Although this was a very small purchase for the dealership, we felt like they treated us the same as if we were purchasing something new and much more money. After the sale, he followed up at least a couple of times to ensure everything was fine and we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the no pressure sales approach that Greg used with us and would go back and purchase from him again. More
Great experience overall. We went in to trade in an exisiting lease for new lease on a toyota sienna. The only unclear situation was the buyout of our existing lease. We were under the impression tha exisiting lease for new lease on a toyota sienna. The only unclear situation was the buyout of our existing lease. We were under the impression that Legends Toyota was going to "relieve" us from the vehicle - in other take it off our hands completely. Instead they just rolled our remaining payments on existing lease into the new toyota lease and i am required to take old vehicle back to other dealer and payoff lease and go through the paperwork that I thought would have been taken care by buying a new vehicle at Legends toyota - again not a bad experience but the leasing process was not explained very well in our opinion. Thanks Legends Toyota for a great vehicle we are very happy with it. More

That being said, I truly believe that the negative stigmas associated with a new car purchase wouldn't be anywhere close to what they are if more dealerships took a page out of Legends' book. "Above and beyond" is not a sufficient descriptor. Sharrief was honest, straightforward and generally a great person to deal with. He worked hard to get me what I needed on my trade-in to make the deal happen. The same goes for Dean. These gentlemen have my business for as long as they are in business. If you need a car my advice would be to do your research, go see theses gentlemen and offer a price that is fair to you and fair to them. More
My husband and I were interested in the 2010 Prius. We come from another country and are very inexperienced in buying a car. As we were talking over the table, I contacted my friend if he had anything tha come from another country and are very inexperienced in buying a car. As we were talking over the table, I contacted my friend if he had anything that would match or beat this price. It took him a while to respond, and the Legends dealer asked us, if he took a couple hundred dollars off, would that make a deal. We were grateful for his deal, but wanted to wait on our friend. As we went on to talk about finances, our dealer said he would go print out the numbers for how much we would be financing based on our downpayment. To our surprise, what he brought back was papers for us to sign off. I felt his disingenuity at this point. As we were going over the papers, we found out that our friend would most likely not be able to give us a matching price and we decided going on with purchasing process. I asked the dealer if he could take a "couple hundred dollars off" for us. He said, "No, it's really not possible." He went back on his words, and, if that was the case, I felt that he should not have said so in the first place. After the purchase, the dealer sent a letter to me that I would be asked to answer a survey. I was shocked to see that the letter was addressed to me. My husband, who is not a fluent English speaker, was also at the negotiation table, and he is the one who will be paying for the car.The title is under both our names. Maybe because I was doing all the hard talk, he was ignored. But, when we bought a Prius in Camelback Toyota with a help of a friend, the letters were always addressed to both of us- his name first- and I feel that this is how it should be professionally done. Three days after our purchase, I had to go talk with the finance representative at the dealership. My dealer greeted me, but could not remember which finance representative he handed us over to, 2 (business) days ago. This may be the case for any dealer, making me realize how little a dealer could feel about his sale. Two weeks after our purchase, our Prius started saying "OIL MAINTENANCE REQUIRED SOON." This completely shattered our trust for what kind of cars Legends Toyota has to offer. This is why I would personally seek other dealership for the purchase of future cars. On a more personal note, we were shocked to find out how high the warranty ($2,643) and maintenance ($971) packages were after we signed off the papers. We wish we could have such information before we make the car-purchase. If we had known the full cost, before entering the finance room, we would have never bought it at this particular dealership (esp. with higher tax rate then other cities). I understand that this is the way of doing business, but, for inexperienced buyers like my husband, he feels that it is somewhat "unfair." Because I have high expectations for Toyota, I wish to see this dealership lead in setting new standards for business/services and truly contribute to people's wellbeing in the future. More
