The first time I visited the dealership I met with JaVan Clayton. I told specifically what I was looking for and he noted the information and proceeded to keep a look out and communicate. As a customer, I appreciate that he was very professional and listened to my request for specific things that I had noted in earlier meetings with him. JaVan called me as soon as he knew he came across the perfect vehicle for me which was a Toyota Highlander. Because I am a previous Highlander owner, I knew exactly what I wanted. I appreciate his timeliness in communicating with me this information about the vehicle that had just been traded at the dealership.
