I was at this dealership on July 29,2013 to purchase a new car. I called Steve Kurtz who was suppose to be the owner to see when he would be free in hopes that I would have no problems. During the transac new car. I called Steve Kurtz who was suppose to be the owner to see when he would be free in hopes that I would have no problems. During the transaction Steve Kurtz promised me a free warranty worth $1500.00. A Toyota Prius C3 with a selling price of $19,500.00 and a interest rate of 2.69% APR. I ended up shaking hands with and signing a document for $19,500.00 with a warranty of $1500.00 included and a 2.99%APR for 75 months. I was told I was being financed thru Toyota and I ended up with Commerce Bank and no one ever told me I did not have Toyota. When Steve and I had talked to Ricky the finance guy and hammered out all these negotiations I had to go back outside and wait. Then JayVan my salesman knew of the free warranty and the selling price and the interest rate. Then JayVan took me back to the office of Ricky the finance guy. Ricky's son started run in and out of the finance office as soon as I sat down. A lot of paperwork was being shredded, the wrong vin number was inserted by mistake. Ricky was trying to give me another warranty other than the Toyota Extended 100,000 mile warranty that Steve and I has agreed on. Constantly over and over again Steve's son that was home for the summer was now a Car Salesman needing help on his car deal during my signing of my contract. Ricky's door became a revolving door for daddy's baby and I now had a headache and a stomachache and I was very upset that Ricky was teaching a Salesman 101 Course during my closing of my deal. Ricky's son would come to the door and begin to walk away and Ricky would motion for him to come on in. This made me sick. I came to the dealership at around 4:30 and left at 10:00p.m. I was sick of just being here. I have bought umpteen cars and it has never taken this long. Ricky ended up adding my so called free warranty into the deal. So I ended getting no incentive at all for buying this car. I could not believe that even after dealing with the so called manager of this dealership I was still cheated. Ricky told me that I was getting a fantastic deal on my car. This deal is so good that I do not even want to sign my name to it. I said and why is that and Ricky said because this deal is so good it is going to hurt my profit and loss statement for the month and in 2 days at the end of the month when my bonus is ready it will make my bonus smaller. For me to get a good bonus I will have to make up what we are giving you on the next customer for me to break even. So that is why I do not want to sign my name to your deal. I will only have 2 days to make this up. After talking to Steve on numerous occasions I trusted him. I had previously had bought an automobile from Independence Honda a 2012 CRZ on February 20,2013 a holiday. I was very disappointed about the oil changes I did not get. I called Steve and he gave me a WE Owe for my oil changes. I trusted Steve. I also called him and asked about the 0.9% interest rate earlier this summer, Steve and I bet a tank of gas and he was going to check it out. I called the next week and he said that I had won the bet and I could come and get my gas. I called about the navigation update for $50.00 off. I called Steve about my oil changes and I went and got them, eventually. I did not know I could not trust these people. I told Steve what Ricky had said and I told him and JayVan all the stuff that Ricky had told me and I told Toyota Experience that I though I had been cheated. that's when JayVan called me and got Steve involved. I asked Steve to check over my loan very well because I feel that I was cheated and that Ricky's son was a bait and switch tactic. I told Steve that Ricky's son was used as a diversion to be able to cheat me and I am a Disable Veteran. More

It was time to get my 2008 Toyota Prius serviced and I had a few minutes to kill before the shuttle could transport me to a nearby shopping mall. So I went to see the latest Prius models, which I had been had a few minutes to kill before the shuttle could transport me to a nearby shopping mall. So I went to see the latest Prius models, which I had been interested in for the past few years. (They had become more fuel efficient and while my model handled Bluetooth phone connections, it could not handle Bluetooth Audio, requiring me to use a wired connection that was terribly cracklely.) I checked out the only Prius on the showroom, which was a plug-in Prius. Chris Merriman introduced himself to me at that point and started talking to me about the car. It was very low pressure and more of a, "Want to see what kind of an offer I could make?" kind of a presentation? I actually told him, "Look, I don't want to waste your time." His manager came over to the service area, it was time for my shuttle, and I told him I would be back to discuss it afterwards. When I returned from the shopping center and paid for my servicing, Chris told me his manager had authorized $11k for my 2008 Prius. (Almost half the price I bought it for.) The next day, we met again and took it for a test drive. The financial guys offered me very sweet financing (right around 1% interest) and the rest is history. Friendly, affordable, and no pressure. In addition, I now have the pleasure of bragging to my friends, "I just impulse bought a car!" More
My wife and I recently bought a new car from Legends Toyota. We went on a very busy day(Labor Day), which caused a slower process and a few bumps in the road(nothing we couldn't deal with). We dealt w Toyota. We went on a very busy day(Labor Day), which caused a slower process and a few bumps in the road(nothing we couldn't deal with). We dealt with James(salesman) and Duce(GM), and they couldn't have been better to work with. James was very good to work with and seemed knowledgeable about the vehicles. I must point out though, when Duce was alerted of the small issues we were having, he bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of and very happy with our purchase. He went way ABOVE AND BEYOND what we would have expected him to do. We would highly recommend Legends Toyota and now consider them our "go to" dealership from here on out. Thank you for making the experience a positive one for us. More

My wife and I were not pleased with the vehicle title process. Our 2011 Ford Escape was bought by the dealership in March of 2013. We bought it on memorial day. It then took the dealership nearly sixty days to get the title to us. I think that is entirely too long. We should not have been ably to buy the vehicle if the dealership did not have the title at least transferred to them. It was still in the name of the previous owner when we bought it. A fact that was not revealed to us. Otherwise, the experience was very pleasant. Andrew White More

First of all, I like the challenge of purchasing a car, but I do not like high pressure from a salesman. I do extensive research before I walk into the dealership, so I know what I want and what I'm going but I do not like high pressure from a salesman. I do extensive research before I walk into the dealership, so I know what I want and what I'm going to pay. As a woman, I do not like to be treated any less than a man and I was delighted to deal with Gary Prough. He is friendly and professional, there was no high pressure or sneaky practices. When we learned my windows were stained, I was given a rental to use(with gas reimbursement) until they were cleaned. I told many friends about how well I was treated and one of my friends followed my recommendation and purchased a car from Legends, also. I will continue to speak their praises! More
I love my new Prius Hybrid. It costs about $30 or less to fill the tank and has such a quiet ride. Chevis was very easy to work with, and I got 0% financing and $5,000 trade-in for my 2004 Prius. to fill the tank and has such a quiet ride.
