I am sorry you have such poor feelings toward our dealership and staff; however, I feel we done all that we can to try and provide you with the best services possible. I personally escorted you from the showroom into our finance office where we spent a generous amount of time with you going through each detail. Based on the fact that there was no trade involved with your deal, there were minimal terms and conditions involved, which both our finance manager and I personally explained and laid out for you. By no means did we promise any additional services, or equipment either verbally or written, during our conversations together. We did; however, agree to postpone payment for you, per your request and the documentation you provided us. Additionally, after speaking with Toyota Corporate, we agreed that we would be happy to cancel the optional $1,500 warranty, and credit your account if you would provide a written statement canceling the services, which we have yet to receive. We recommend this be done as soon as possible as the refund amount decreases over time as it is prorated. We take great pride in ensuring our customers are comfortable prior to making any sort of commitment. We certainly never meant to confuse or mislead you in anyway, and for this I do apologize.
