I had a very positive experience with Legends Toyota. They had the vehicle I was looking for and I called and spoke to Aaron. Since I had to travel long distance (800 miles) in order to purchase this vehicle I did not want unpleasant surprises when I get there. When I got there I met Aaron and we went for a drive test. Everything about the car was just the way he described me over the phone. So I decided to buy. Transaction was very smooth and fast. I think Aaron and the Legends did a great job! More
The salesman Ray Ford was excellent - he scores all TENS. The delivery of my truck was flawed for the following reasons - but none of these had anything to do with the salesman Ray Ford . It was Not completely clean on the exterior and most of the windows had not been cleaned inside or were smudged. The default salesman that delivered the truck (he was the only person available) was not completely familiar with the functionality of the vehicle. Many questions that I asked about features could not be answered. No one at the dealership had been trained on Entune for the 2014 truck. All employees that I spoke with said that the vehicle was too new, no one had been trained on them and no literature had been received by the dealership on the 2014 Tundra 1794 at the time of sale. Navigation and Entune features vary widely from vehicle to vehicle and navigation systems are one of the biggest complaints by customers who use them. See recent Consumer Reports issue. I am certain that if I went back there today, no would be able to help me with current Entune issues, but would likely refer me to YouTube. The sales manager was disingenuous about costs of add ons and the $ 1,000.00 in customer cash. Legends Toyota did not return my calls when I left messages and or hung up on me multiple times, from the receptionist to the service desks. The dealership is "Green" and fancy but not very functional with regard to staff members- with one big exception -- Ray Ford. Management pandered for a good review, but unfortunately this dealership is just average. More
The tires on my new Camry (5,000 miles) were rotated and fluids checked according to the 5,000 mile check. When I arrived home after the service was performed and checked the tire pressure, each of my four fluids checked according to the 5,000 mile check. When I arrived home after the service was performed and checked the tire pressure, each of my four tires had different amounts of tire pressure ranging from 27 to 31 pounds. The Manufacturer's recommended tire pressure, located on the door of the car, is 35 pounds of pressure. This is unacceptable. More
