My experience at Legends Toyota was like no other experience that I have previously had. My salesperson, Jeff Creach, explained right away that he was new to the business and would do his best to hel experience that I have previously had. When I started asking questions that he was unsure of, he politely asked if I was comfortable with him asking another salesman, Rob Rabenau, to help. I was perfectly fine with that. Not only did Rob have the answers to my questions, he also showed Jeff how to find out those answers. I think that Jeff Creach did an awesome job helping me with what he was comfortable with, and commend him for asking Rob to step in to help so that I got the correct answers that I needed. Rob Rabenau made sure that not only I, but Jeff as well new the correct answers and solutions. There was no "gray" area in the lease of our new Toyota. They provided me with all answers to my questions and were very polite and courteous to my wife and I. They both even went the extra mile to put a sign in the window of our new car telling my wife Happy Birthday. something I hadn't expected, but was very thoughtful and welcomed. Overall, this has been the best dealership experience that I have had. More

My wife and I had recently bought a brand new Toyota Rav 4 a couple of months ago. Now the Rav 4 is a great little SUV, but we ended up needing something with more space, more power, and a tow rating. We 4 a couple of months ago. We went with used due to the price point we wanted to stay within. While looking at the Toyota Highlander, Steve came out to the lot and greeted us (which was a great start since there was a bunch of snow and ice on the ground plus it was like 15 degrees out. Steve was the only salesman outside...). Steve got the keys and let us check the Highlander out for a bit and then we went inside, warmed up, and talked about our situation. Within minutes, Steve started pulling our info and working a deal within our comfort zone. We were able to make a deal within a couple of days, which was a very reasonable amount of time for me. The deal would have been faster had my wife and I been able to make it in sooner, but my work schedule was conflicting. Daryl worked hard to get all of the finances in order and took the time to make sure we were happy and comfortable with the paperwork. Daryl had been our finance manager previously and we had an equal experience that time too. On the purchase day, JaVan did the paper signing with us. Within 20 minutes, we had the papers signed and carried on in friendly conversation. During the whole buying experience, my wife and I were completely comfortable at the dealership. Legends Toyota always maintains a clean, neat, and professional appearance that is comfortable for kids as well. The kid's zone is awesome. Steve is an awesome salesman who listened to what my wife and I wanted/needed and he worked hard to meet those needs to include keeping me updated on the process while I wasn't there. While my wife and I were waiting for the paperwork to be ready, Steve made sure my kids were OK, offered to get us something to eat/drink if we needed it, and talked with us. Steve is a great salesman, family man, and a consummate professional. I have already referred a few people to go see Steve and my wife and I are going to have a few accessories bought and installed on our Highlander in a couple of months (Steve took time to get the prices and info for the accessories we want instead of just telling us go to talk to parts and service.....THANK YOU!!!) My wife and I will be back to work with Steve again. Steve, thanks for all of the help. We absolutely love our Highlander, it is the PERFECT vehicle for our family.
