Leo was actually assisting another customer, but stopped to answer my questions. He then followed up with a test drive and found the model that fit my wish list and budget. He was very conscience of my budget even though the sales manager wasn't so easily convinced. He worked out an agreeable deal. I stopped in the dealership, "just looking". I met Leo who did a great job of showing me options for the car I had in mind.
