We did our research before arriving at the dealership, so we made Chris' job pretty easy. That said, he was very personable, professional, answered all of our questions, and made the process as painless as possible. We never once felt pressured by anyone we dealt with at Legends Toyota. He also called a few days after to make sure we didn't have any issues or questions. As with any car purchase, do some research on everything and make sure it's all lined up the way you want. Once that's done, go talk to Ray and he'll get you set up in the vehicle you want. We had questions about what some things meant and Ray was very helpful in answering them. Because I'm a skeptic in everything, I double checked the answers I was given....they all checked out. Now I know I can go back to Ray for future car needs without worry. We got a 2014 Highlander and traded in our sedan. The Highlander is awesome! Lots of room, drives really well, enough gadgets to make things useful and fun but not complicated. The XLE worked out well for us because they have features for kids and dogs. GREAT experience! Thanks Ray! More
