Fixed my problem before I checked in!! My rear windshield wiper would not work. I went to Legends Toyota for my appointment to fix it. My service representative KEVIN POWELL said let me t My rear windshield wiper would not work. I went to Legends Toyota for my appointment to fix it. My service representative KEVIN POWELL said let me try something, He went out and started my 4Runner, put the back window down and then put it back up. When he turned the switch for my rear wiper it worked perfectly. He explained that if the window is down even a fraction of an inch, the rear wiper would not work. Kevin saved me a lot of time and money by knowing his job and treating me with the upmost respect and courtesy. I will always go to Legends Toyota and I will always ask for Kevin Powell. Greg Johnson made the long distance transaction simple and comfortable. Legends met the required price, located the model and had the car cleaned and ready upon arrival. Greg picked us up from the airport. Financing was arranged by Percy Starr. We were very happy with the five year interest rate negotiated prior to arrival. To our extreme surprise and pleasure Percy had procured an interest rate 1/2 percent lower. We drove the car, transferred our luggage, signed the papers, learned how to use the car systems and were out of there in an hour and a half. Next stop was my Mom's house in our new car. On the three day drive back to Oregon, we knew we had made the right choice of both the car and the dealership. More

Outstanding !!! Just happened to stop by the dealership on a Sunday, thinking they would be closed. I was driven there by my grandson in an older Toyota 4 Runner. (kind of a clunker) That did not matter to the salesman (Tom Cuny) he came out and treated me like I just got out of a newer Lexus. He answered all my questions and took me on a test drive in a new Toyota Rav 4. Well I made up my mind right there to buy the car. I came back the next day with my Chevy truck that I would be trading in, and they gave me what I wanted for the trade and treated me great. JayVan Clayton in finance was also great. In fact I bought the extended warranty, due in part to the helpful way he explained everything to me and his great attitude !! I greatly recommend this dealership. More

We started our search at a different Toyota location. My husband had replaced his vehicle a few months prior with a great experience there. However, they didn't have what we were looking for at the right price. So, we headed to Legend's. We went on a Sunday, thinking that we wouldn't have to deal with the pressure of a salesman. However, Blair was there. When we were done, we were glad that he was. He provided us with a lot of good information and any questions that we had were answered. He took notes about the vehicles we were interested in and checked to see if another vehicle that was not on the lot was still available. He also was going to ask his manager about some pricing. He kept in contact the entire process via email, voicemail, and calls to let us know about the status of the vehicle that we ended up test driving. He was honest, enthusiastic, and cared about getting us what we wanted at a fair price. Kyle O'Neil was with us during the test drive and the paperwork. He was down to earth and easy going. We didn't feel any pressure. He and Blair also helped us figure out who would give us a better deal to haul away the damaged vehicle. JaVan Clayton was extremely knowledgeable and efficient during the entire financial process. We were surprised how quickly everything was taken care of in spite of all the information that he provided about the warranties, etc. Overall, a very customer oriented experience.
