Great Experience Due to my wanting to avoid the stereotypical car salesperson, i emailed my specs to Toyota dealers within a day's drive of my home in Baton Rouge. Se Due to my wanting to avoid the stereotypical car salesperson, i emailed my specs to Toyota dealers within a day's drive of my home in Baton Rouge. Several days later, i contacted the lowest bidders, one of which was Chris Riekens of Legends Toyota. From our first conversation until delivery of my Highlander, Chris kept each and every committment he made. There was no pressure from him or the dealership, and he even added a couple extras as well as picking me up at the airport to pick up my vehicle. While Percy Starr (Finance) would have loved to have sold me a maintenence contract, he fully respected my original decision to not get one, which was based on my favorable experience with Toyota vehicles. He was likewise helpful in the final details of my purchase. As i hoped, dealing with Chris was an excellent experience. More

Best car buying experience! Had an offer from the internet Sales guy, Chris. It was a long drive so I spoke with Brian Walter and the General Manager, Duce, to finalize the dea Had an offer from the internet Sales guy, Chris. It was a long drive so I spoke with Brian Walter and the General Manager, Duce, to finalize the deal. I shared my negative experience with another Toyota delear, assuring them that I would need everything in writing and would not be driving that far to see them unless we had a firm deal made (as well as pursuing options against toyota if they refused to give me the agreed upon deal once I arrived, which I will be doing to the other dealership). Both gentlemen apologized profusely for the other dealer and assured me that the same thing would not happen here (you can read my review on Olathe in another post). My deal was finalized on the phone, they had my car brought in from another dealer (I didn't like the color they had), I went to Legends to get the car, and sat down with Bill Cantrell (Duce and Brian were off the day I picked up the car). Bill went through the paperwork with me, took me out to drive the car, showed me how to do everything, and moved my license plate covers from the old car to the new one. My experience with everyone at Legends was the best I have had at a car dealership and I highly recommend them to everyone!!!!! This was a great relief after what I had just dealt with at the last dealership. More

It is not an exaggeration to say we felt like an invisible red carpet had been rolled out for us especially after having visited other auto dealerships in the Kansas City metro area.
