Great I felt compelled to write and thank Mr. Ray Ford and Mr. Daryl Posey for such an easy buying experience. I really did not want to go to any dealership I felt compelled to write and thank Mr. Ray Ford and Mr. Daryl Posey for such an easy buying experience. I really did not want to go to any dealership but my wonderful wife was so excited about the car she found it was hard to say no. So my wife, my 14 month old and myself drove to the Legends dealership. We were greeted, not mauled, by Ray Ford. My baby started walking all over the showroom floor to meet everyone. Another sales person made her a balloon animal and the smiles never ended. Then we had to meet with the credit guy. I thought here we go with the pressure. Thank you Daryl Posey for being so nice. Keep up the hard work of being so pleasant you folks at Legands Toyota. Also, thank you for the hats. Sincerely, Steve, Genee and Ava More

Customer service that exceeds expectations! I was in the market for a new vehicle and I had contacted / visited a few dealerships before speaking with Casey Johnson and Charlie Ross at Legends T I was in the market for a new vehicle and I had contacted / visited a few dealerships before speaking with Casey Johnson and Charlie Ross at Legends Toyota. I had never bought a new vehicle before so I had a lot of questions. They took the time to answer every question I had and I very much appreciated it. They never pressured me and told me that when I was ready they would be there to assist me. I of course ended up buying my vehicle from here. Here were a few of the reasons I chose them over other dealerships: 1) I was asking for an aggressive out the door price, they gave me the absolute lowest price possible right away. I contacted other dealerships I had spoken to and gave them the price quote that they gave me and all the other dealerships refused to even come close. 2) Customer service, like I said above they exceeded expectations. They always answered my questions and they would even reply back to my emails at 10pm. I don't think many other dealerships would do that, to me that is going above and beyond what is expected. 3) Their staff, I mostly dealt with Casey and Charlie but everyone I had spoken with was very helpful and knowledgeable. In the end I have no regrets purchasing my vehicle from them. I will most likely be looking to replace another vehicle in a year or two with a new one and I will absolutely be buying my car from here. Thank you Casey Johnson and Charlie Ross for assisting me with my new car purchase! More

Two Cars sale Awesome customer service Kyle O'Neal I would like to think Kyle for a great car experience. We like him so much we decided to buy two cars. When we went on our tests drives we always have I would like to think Kyle for a great car experience. We like him so much we decided to buy two cars. When we went on our tests drives we always have questions. We where we were amazed at how knowledgeable he was about his products. This is something I expect from a salesman. One of the thing I liked was he was honest. If he didn't know the answer he would say he didn't know but he would find out. What sold me was when he asked us how can we earn your business? I've been to a lot of dealerships were there just trying to sell you whatever they really don't care about you. They don't know your name you're just a person. With Kyle I've had a great experience he made me feel comfortable. He will literally run to take care of you. I've had to go to the dealership 3 times and I've always been greeted treated with respect and Kyle shakes my hand and ask how things are going. This was a big reason why we decided to buy two cars. Kyle thank you we will be back because of our experience! More

Blown away by the top-notch professionalism! I haven't bought a car in many years, and I was expecting "the way things used to be" when a friend recommended Legends Toyota. I had visions of chain I haven't bought a car in many years, and I was expecting "the way things used to be" when a friend recommended Legends Toyota. I had visions of chain-smoking guys in white shirts and crisp ties who played the four-square game and tossed customers between back offices and deal-making. WOW...what an incredible, 180-degree difference I found at Legends Toyota! My friend said, "you must at least give Ray Kolman a chance to show you what they have." I'm so glad I did! Left the dealership with a brand-spankin'-new 2015 Toyota Camry LE under a no-nonsense lease. As with the whole "dealer thing," I had always been taught that leasing was a disastrous financial mistake. But Ray took the time to evenly compare the options of leasing vs. buying - never trying to sway me toward one or the other, and the lease made a lot more sense for me. We were there on the very last night of June (end of month + end of first-half-of-year), so Toyota was offering some pretty compelling incentives through rebates and zero-percent financing. I was pleasantly surprised at the credit approval process through Toyota Financial Services. Ray is a peach of a guy, and just absolutely communicates with his customers like an old friend, letting you in on the latest information and gently answering questions whether they're crazy or legitimate. At no point during the process did I have that whole adrenaline-squirt, "what the xxxx am I doing" feeling! It was actually...dare I say it...a FUN process! My only suggestion for improvement would be that when customers are all stacked like planes on an airport tarmac, and the dealership staff is absolutely slammed to the wall and can only deal with a certain number of customers at once, they should be aware of that painfully-long waiting period and make an effort to bring in food or something! We were there for about five hours from start to finish, and completely missed eating dinner; not the dealership's fault, but we were afraid to leave while the gears were turning just to eat dinner, for fear of missing out on anything which required our attention. In retrospect, I am very appreciative that they were willing to stay until the bitter end (still several customers being set up toward the 11:00pm hour!) - but I wish at some point, someone could have said, "hey, why don't you go grab something to eat and come back in an hour?" Seriously - it was a HUGE realignment of my expectations from a dealership in the modern age. I'm so impressed with their comfortable waiting area, clean interior design, and a merciful lack of back-room desks full of paper. The experience is carefully tuned to help you feel like you're part of something great - and I believe we were! I love my new Camry and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ray to anyone who is scared of car dealers. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at how car-buying can actually be a great experience! More

Customer Service? Purchased a used 2003 Acura TL on 5/27/2015. The car seemed fine except for a few large rock chips in the windshield. Agreed to pay half of $400 to Purchased a used 2003 Acura TL on 5/27/2015. The car seemed fine except for a few large rock chips in the windshield. Agreed to pay half of $400 to have it replaced. I was instructed to return to the dealership to get it done. The next day I noticed a hard 1-2 shift when the car was cold. The next day the transmission was slipping when cornering. I had driven the car 64 miles. I called the service department to set up an appointment to get the transmission checked on the same day the windshield was to be replaced. I brought the car in the night before service so they could drive it when it was cold to help diagnose the problem. When I checked the vehicle into the service department, I was told that the $109 diagnostic fee would be waived. The next day I was told that they could not duplicate the symptoms described but there was a TSB in 2008 stating that the transmission was bad and the previous owners never had it replaced. The quote for a new transmission was $3970 for parts and $1600 labor. Since there was a 50/50 warranty, my half would be $2785 plus tax. The warranty on the transmission is 12 months/unlimited miles. The windshield that was to be replaced did not occur because the wrong part was ordered. The glass company called to set up an appointment with me for the next week. For $400, I assumed that it would be an original part. No, it was a replacement part. Called another company, Safelite Auto Glass and they quoted me $248 for a replacement windshield. So I basically paid for the whole thing! Took the car to Certified Transmission to do a transmission fluid replacement. I told the advisor that there was nothing wrong with the transmission. He called me to say that there is a diagnostic code that says the 4th clutch pressure switch is bad and the transmission will need to be replaced. The price for a new transmission was $3970 plus tax installed. Wait; that is the same price Legends quoted me just for parts! The warranty is 36 months/100,000 miles. Sent an e-mail to Legends Toyota to try and resolve the problem. Brian Walter contacted me the next day and apologized and offered to buy the car back (whatever that means). He said he wanted to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. I proposed that Certified Transmission do the work and we honor the 50/50 warranty; with Legends paying half of $3970 plus tax and myself paying the other half. He said he would talk to his manager and see if that was an acceptable solution. Two days passed with no answer. I called on the third day and was directed to Mr. Walter's voicemail. I left a message for him to call me back. No call back. I called the following day and left a message to call me back. No call back. I called the next day and left a message to call me back. Still no call back. If the proposal is not acceptable, it should not take a week to figure it out. The car is not being driven, it is just taking up space in my garage. Is someone going to contact me? Obviously Mr. Walter is done with me, so the problem still remains. I feel my offer is more than fair. They owe me a new transmission. It was damaged before I purchased the vehicle. It is a problem that should have been diagnosed and resolved before selling it to someone. More
