Several days later, i contacted the lowest bidders, one of which was Chris Riekens of Legends Toyota. From our first conversation until delivery of my Highlander, Chris kept each and every committment he made. There was no pressure from him or the dealership, and he even added a couple extras as well as picking me up at the airport to pick up my vehicle. While Percy Starr (Finance) would have loved to have sold me a maintenence contract, he fully respected my original decision to not get one, which was based on my favorable experience with Toyota vehicles. Fixed my problem before I checked in!! My rear windshield wiper would not work. I went to Legends Toyota for my appointment to fix it. My service representative KEVIN POWELL said let me t My rear windshield wiper would not work. I went to Legends Toyota for my appointment to fix it. My service representative KEVIN POWELL said let me try something, He went out and started my 4Runner, put the back window down and then put it back up. When he turned the switch for my rear wiper it worked perfectly. He explained that if the window is down even a fraction of an inch, the rear wiper would not work. Kevin saved me a lot of time and money by knowing his job and treating me with the upmost respect and courtesy. I will always go to Legends Toyota and I will always ask for Kevin Powell.
