Before I knew it I had fell in love with the 2015 Toyota Avalon even though I walked in with absolutely no intention of buying a new car. Brandon was an amazing sales associate who I would recommend to all. Gave me the facts, wasn't too pushy and had a easy going personality that made you want to buy the car from him. JaVan Clayton took over from there getting me the absolute best financing available! For the second year in a row he worked hard to make sure I understood exactly what the contract entailed, meeting my needs exactly! Brandon even went to the trouble to sinc my phone & garage door remote to my car and helped set up the radio! Phone assistance for a rear windshield wiper that wasn't wo Kevin was extremely helpful to me today when I called about my rear windshield wiper not working on my Toyota Limited 4-Runner. I had thought that i Kevin was extremely helpful to me today when I called about my rear windshield wiper not working on my Toyota Limited 4-Runner. I had thought that it was broken from going through the Olympus Rain Tunnel Car Wash yesterday and was calling to find out how much it would cost to replace it, but he gave me instructions to check if my rear window had been down a little while the car was being washed. I did check it and found that after I lowered the rear window and then raised it , the wiper and the fluid were again working. I am so thankful that Kevin was able to save me a trip back to the car wash to complain again and that he was so kind and considerate to take his time to help me in my time of need. He also gave me advice concerning my gas release door. Legends Toyota has a real asset in this young man who takes the time to help in such a courteous manner and I truly appreciate his help with this !!! Kevin made my day today and I wanted to thank him and Legends Toyota for the helpful and friendly assistance I get each time I visit for service . More

I really did not want to go to any dealership but my wonderful wife was so excited about the car she found it was hard to say no. So my wife, my 14 month old and myself drove to the Legends dealership. We were greeted, not mauled, by Ray Ford. My baby started walking all over the showroom floor to meet everyone. Another sales person made her a balloon animal and the smiles never ended. Then we had to meet with the credit guy. I thought here we go with the pressure. Thank you Daryl Posey for being so nice. Customer service that exceeds expectations! I was in the market for a new vehicle and I had contacted / visited a few dealerships before speaking with Casey Johnson and Charlie Ross at Legends T I was in the market for a new vehicle and I had contacted / visited a few dealerships before speaking with Casey Johnson and Charlie Ross at Legends Toyota. I had never bought a new vehicle before so I had a lot of questions. They took the time to answer every question I had and I very much appreciated it. They never pressured me and told me that when I was ready they would be there to assist me. I of course ended up buying my vehicle from here. Here were a few of the reasons I chose them over other dealerships: 1) I was asking for an aggressive out the door price, they gave me the absolute lowest price possible right away. I contacted other dealerships I had spoken to and gave them the price quote that they gave me and all the other dealerships refused to even come close. 2) Customer service, like I said above they exceeded expectations. They always answered my questions and they would even reply back to my emails at 10pm. I don't think many other dealerships would do that, to me that is going above and beyond what is expected. 3) Their staff, I mostly dealt with Casey and Charlie but everyone I had spoken with was very helpful and knowledgeable. In the end I have no regrets purchasing my vehicle from them. I will most likely be looking to replace another vehicle in a year or two with a new one and I will absolutely be buying my car from here. Two Cars sale Awesome customer service Kyle O'Neal I would like to think Kyle for a great car experience. We like him so much we decided to buy two cars. When we went on our tests drives we always have questions. We where we were amazed at how knowledgeable he was about his products. This is something I expect from a salesman. One of the thing I liked was he was honest. If he didn't know the answer he would say he didn't know but he would find out. What sold me was when he asked us how can we earn your business? I've been to a lot of dealerships were there just trying to sell you whatever they really don't care about you.They don't know your name you're just a person. With Kyle I've had a great experience he made me feel comfortable. He will literally run to take care of you. I've had to go to the dealership 3 times and I've always been greeted treated with respect and Kyle shakes my hand and ask how things are going.This was a big reason why we decided to buy two cars.
