He answered all our questions and invited us out for a test drive. We shared out situation, our family had an accident, totaled our 2012 Prius four bought new from Legends, and were working with out insurance company on a settlement. We stopped by and took a test drive and vehicle was exactly as described. Upon reaching out insurance settlement, we reached out to Chris again with an offer. We were quickly able to reach a fair walk out the door price over the phone. Chris was great, helped us through the purchase process, and got us into the car we wanted for the agree upon price. They inspected my brakes and told me that they were so bad that they would have to have me sign a waiver if I opted to not have them serviced. I told them that I'd already made an appt with some Total Car Care place that allows payment arrangements because I'd been tapped out after paying my $500 deductible to my insurance. The service member (Nick, I think) said ok, I'll be right back. A few minutes later, the service manger, Brian, came over and told me that he understood my financial constraints but that he could not, in good conscience, let me leave in my car with no brakes. He said he would work with me paying for the service and gave me an actionable plan that I could commit to. That service team proved that they truly do care about their customers at Legends Toyota. More

The expereince overall was great, though it was a busy saturday morning and the process took far longer than we had anticipated. But that seemed unusual to the day. I was expecting to walk out due to a 'bait and switch' or some other similar situation - as that is what I experienced at other dealerships that I had visited within the last month. Wow, was I ever surprised. I was not only treated with respect but I was given information that was truthful. In addition, I was given a fair price for my trade-in and a good price on the used vehicle that I purchased - there were no surprises. It was an extremely pleasant experience that I would recommend to other women of any age. Thank you. More

Outstanding Service Called Service Advisor Mr. Nick Bross last week concerning questions about a recent service charge re: a sensor being replaced. My Camry is a 2011 but Called Service Advisor Mr. Nick Bross last week concerning questions about a recent service charge re: a sensor being replaced. My Camry is a 2011 but has only 28,400 miles on it. Dash warnings were coming on after a rain but then would go off after driving for awhile. A diagnosis was done 1st week of November and a sensor plus some filters were replaced, bill was over $400. Last week I requested an explanation of exactly what was going on since the on/off pattern of the warning lights due to moisture appeared to indicate a short which I thought might have been caused by the last front end alignment and/or tire rotation. Mr. Bross said he needed to check it out with the technician that did the work and would call me back. Immediately I appreciated him taking the time to do that. He did exactly what he said and explained that the sensor, which sits under the car and plugs into the exhaust approximately under the driver's area, was cracked and he even retrieved the old sensor which was still in the service area.. I do have an extended warranty on this car and he took the time to double-check that as well. I returned to the dealership on 11-21-15 and Mr. Bross said that the sensor part of the bill would be covered which generated a partial refund. He also showed me the cracked sensor taken from the car. After looking at it, his explanation completely made sense from what I was experiencing with the Camry. I work on older cars myself, which consists of some older 70's GM models and when I have a significant bill I like an explanation, although I didn't go into that in detail immediately after the repair on 11-4-15 with the original Service Rep. Mr. Bross did an outstanding job, gave me the old sensor, completely explained the situation and is handling the partial refund. It wasn't just the refund but his entire approach from 1st contact was outstanding. He identified with the question and took the time to give me a straight-forward no BS answer. It just could not have been better, particularly so since he had to do some leg work on a repair that he didn't handle originally. These guys put in quite a few hours too. All have been good but this guy is outstanding in my opinion. I'll be back. Thanks Nick! Terry Winchell More

Not only is Casey personable, relaxed, and totally committed to customer service through executing sales without hassle or pressure. He was wonderful and with the support of the finance department, specifically Percy Starr, my car purchase was not only effortless but a joy. The team at Legends is truly at the top of the game.
