Jeff Creach worked with me and showed me various options for cars, took the time to answer all my questions and helped to find the perfect fit for me and the best deal at the price range I was looking at. Jeff was awesome the entire time, his patience was so valuable and his expertise was great. At the end of the day, I took home a new Toyota Camry based on my needs, costs, price and overall experience! You were all awesome and took great care of me. All around fantastic experience Originally I began at another dealership. Once I knew what I wanted (color/features), I was told it wasn't available. Just to be sure, that night my Originally I began at another dealership. Once I knew what I wanted (color/features), I was told it wasn't available. Just to be sure, that night my husband sent out an inquiry to other dealers in the area. (This was late on a Sunday night.) Within an hour Jeff had responded to the email saying he was pretty sure he could get exactly what we wanted. The next day he confirmed that he had it, negotiated a deal through email, and proceeded to have it transferred to Legends. Two days later I was sitting in my beautiful new RAV. Apparently Jeff is a pro at hunting down exact vehicles! No part of the process was long, drawn out, or dramatic...just smooth sailing. Before leaving with my vehicle, Jeff set up my Bluetooth and walked me through the details of all the features - especially the digital package, which is extensive and a tad intimidating. He was very thorough and patient (I'm not a techie). Everyone we encountered was incredibly professional and personable. Less than a week after buying someone hit my passenger front door hard enough to leave a small dent. We contacted Jeff, he had me come in so their paint and dent guy could look at it. They were able to fix it immediately and the cost was extremely reasonable. Having such a first class facility to wait in helped the process too. As a side note, I had vacillated a lot between the Toyota RAV and the Honda CR-V. By the time I dealt with Jeff, I already knew what I wanted. However, my decision could have been easier because Legends owns both dealerships. I could have put the vehicles side by side for comparison. We are thoroughly impressed with Jeff and Legends Toyota. More

We took the test drive and he explained the features to us. We discovered he was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and personable to boot. We fell in love with the Venza and made the deal. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and very helpful. It was late when we left the dealership, but we still got the best of care even though personnel were leaving to go home. Not just a dollar sign to Legends Toyota I saw a great looking 2005 Toyota Tundra for sale online at Legends Toyota and inquired about the availability. Brandon Zatar answered my questions and even sent me a link to a walk around video, which was a big help in deciding to trek 2 hours to test drive the 4x4. After my son and I arrived, Brandon took us on a great test drive route which showed off the truck really well. After returning to Legends and walking us through the vehicle, he took us inside to go over the items the dealership had repaired and replaced. While I was out going over the truck again, Brandon even entertained my son with the latest video game news. We negotiated our offers, going back and forth with the upper management, and after the smoke cleared, Brandon had gotten us an awesome deal, We weren't just a dollar sign to Legends Toyota. I think they may have even taken a hit to seal the deal. We purchased the truck, went home excited, and I drove the same trip the next day with my wife to bring the Tundra home.
