Personable Service with Care and Respect As a first time new car buyer, I was very thorough in exploring the various dealerships in attempt to find the one that best suited my interests. Amon As a first time new car buyer, I was very thorough in exploring the various dealerships in attempt to find the one that best suited my interests. Amongst the others, Legends Toyota stood out for their personable service with care and respect for both my person and my novice experience in the market. They were transparent about needing a profit-they are a business after all-but they approached it with a respect for my interest in negotiating the price to lowest point possible. Though probably not fully accurate, they were willing to show their invoice for the price they paid on the car and its accessories and they even opened up Kelly Blue Book, Edmunds, and TrueCar to prove that we had come to a fair price. Indeed, negotiation really never began until we had gone through resources and agreed on a fair price. Jesse Kapes, salesman I worked with, was quick to give me every detail on the car without requiring me asking for more depth. Even better he was one of the very few spoken too who fully respected my personal interest in the car for environmental reasons and not merely economical. He was fun, relatable, interested in me personally, and quick to tell a fun story. Most other salesman were concerned about simply the car and the cost whereas here I felt like the most important figure in the conversation. The sales manager, Shane Loya, was similarly considerate, far exceeding the care I received from any other sales manager. The process was smooth as our salesman, Jesse, was the single point of entry for everything and insured that we were walked through every piece of paperwork without any thrown at us. That everyone stayed after closing hours for me will not be forgotten. In essence, we were offered the best price from Legends, but even if they were off by a decent margin, they still would have been my choice for business. I will have this car for a number of years and when I need to go into the dealership for maintenance and future visits I want to talk to them. No other toyota dealer we visited carried this satisfaction. More
